Customer service was unbelievably good. You came in under 10 days after I made the order. You checked to see if I wanted to make a change or two. I was blown away when the song, the final version, came to me for listening. I was nncouraging my daughter, who I made it for, to come to my house to surprise her. She was surprised and cried her head off. My wife and Jamie's mom, Stevie, had died on March 30th 2025 and the anniversary of her death is coming up. This was a perfect gift for her, in fact for the whole family who's listening to it. It was so professional. Everyone wondered what record studio I went to to have the the song produced and created. I said it was a One-Shot deal and it surprised me too. Thank you very much.

I am going in the middle, the original song they sent me what's good, but I asked them to change it from my husband's middle name to our last name, and asked if they could put in there about him, stealing my towels. It's just a little thing between us. I asked for both of them at the same time, but was told that I can only have one revision, and then I have to pay more, xi I thought changing a name and asking to throw the towel thing in there would be one revision because they hadn't done anything to it yet. So i'm hoping they're going to still do the name change.And I guess the part about the towels just won't be in there. I guess my recommendation would be is to make sure that you put everything on there that you want them to include because it will cost you more if you don't. I understand they take time out of their lives to personalize a song for you, but considering I paid $120, because I paid the extra $20 for the extra versus, that a name change and adding the towels would be considered one revision. So I was a listen, disappointed to hear that.

This song made a gruff old man tear up. He couldn’t wait to share it with family members and friends. You have to understand Vince is introverted at times so for him to do this is exceptional. As far as the lyrics go you hit it right on the head. Thank you so very much for this. It means more than I can say.

I ordered a song for my daughters, but the initial version had the wrong names and the wrong genre. Since placing my order #13040 on February 17th, despite Jackie Grace promising 'perfection' and my order including payment for 'unlimited edits,' my numerous emails and detailed edit requests for a Modern Pop Ballad have been met with total silence for days. Meanwhile, they keep sending me marketing emails to buy $150 wall art for a song that isn't even finished yet. I am a nurse who values 'actions over words,' and right now, this company is failing to deliver the service I paid for. I feel I have been more than patient, so if I have received a complete version of the song I paid for and my daughters deserve by the end of the week I will be forced to contact my bank and request a refund. I would much rather have the song but after weeks of unanswered emails and paying for priority next day service and unlimited edits my patience have been worn thin.

I was blown away by the totally professional results. Could actually be the next big Country Hit! The emotions that came at listening was truly touched by the Holy Spirit. I'll thank God for you and will be in touch for more!
