Have ordered badges for a vw and has been over a month and still haven’t received. I’ve emailed several times and they still haven’t resolved the problem will not be buying from them again and will be requesting a refund.

Went to Diversion for a sunstrip, and it was a fantastic process very quick and efficient! I then later on decided to get a custom made Steering wheel which has transformed the car completely! Much appreciated, and many thanks to Andrew, and Mia!

Will be back again ;)

Would highly recommend using Diversion. I’ve used them for many years now and never had a problem. Staff are extremely friendly and products are high quality. Couldn’t ask for more

Placed a few orders through Diversion over the last year and will continue to use them and recommend them where possible.
Had one return- ordered 2 different Carbon Fibre parts but the patterns didn't match and they were happy to allow the return and refund.
Email comms are great from the team, Queried about a new steering wheel and received a speedy reply regarding the process and options available.

Only let down is as other reviews mention the postage times of items, I have made 2 orders within a week period, one with the highest postage price and one with the lowest (2nd) and the lowest postage item arrived first. It wasn't an issue for me as there was no rush on the parts to arrive. longest I waited was 2 weeks for an item so be prepared for the same (unless stated on web for special order items)

Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered something on the 30th October with express delivery. In November I asked about the products whereabouts, and received an email saying it’d be with us in a week or so. Jump to mid December and it’s still not here, so I email again. I don’t receive a reply within 2 business days so I open a claim with my bank. They then email me with tracking information after clearly posting it that day. The item isn’t even wanted anymore at this point. Pathetic excuse for a company

Habe über 3 Monate auf meine Bestellung gewartet, als es ankam, sah Produkt so aus, wie wenn es benützt ist und hat Defekte gehabt. Kundendienst anwortet in 3-7 Tagen auf Mails, Sendungskosten werden mehrfach Verlangt! Rückgabe auf eigene Kosten und Rückerstattung kaum möglich! Habe sowiel Kosten und Zeit und Energie in eine einzige Bestellung gesteckt, dass in dieser sicher ein Flugzeug erbaut und geliefert wäre! Bitte Finger weg von dieser Seite und NICHT BESTELLEN! ein stern ist sogar zuviel!!!!¨ Kundendienst nennt keinen Inhaber oder Möglichkeit für Beschwerden! Nicht alle Fragen werden beantwortet!!!!

From start to finish this company has been fantastic! I have placed multiple orders now and I don’t have a bad word to say about them. First order was a custom steering wheel which was a big thing for me because I’d wanted one for so long and there are literally so many damn options, the hardest part was deciding what I wanted! The steering wheel was made and I was super excited, got a call from them to say it was ready and I had not even booked a fitting appointment but they got me in the same day and fitted it. The quality is unreal i absolutely love it and the price was good too. I’ve since ordered multiple items like splitter, diffuser, side skirts, carbon fibre spoiler and some headlight DRL colour modules. This company has a physical presence at their unit in Rotherham which gives me confidence that they are legitimate and have a well stocked unit to cater for all so you can literally just go down and speak to them and all the staff are friendly, polite and really helpful. They have always kept me update with my orders and I honestly do t have a bad word to say about them. They have got a loyalty scheme in place for customers too so you actually get something back from your purchases which is another great feature. All in all it’s genuinely been a great experience every-time I’ve been, genuine products, genuine prices and genuine people. Thanks a lot guys and keep up the good work 🙏

I ordered some small items on this site over a month ago and still haven't received anything. I have tried sending them an email on week 2 but he/she told me to wait a week until the item is back in stock and assured me it would be sent over asap. We're now 2 weeks later once again and this time around we have complete radio silence from their support team, i have sent 2 more emails asking what is up with the orders and no answer. I will request a refund if I don't hear anything within the next day.

sent a radio i bought back and i paid £235 for it and they only sent me £164.50 as a refund and told me that there's a 30% re stocking fee. how they charge me £70 to put an unused item in the original packaging back on the shelf is ridiculous and also they haven't been answering my emails if i could put a lower rating I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Shocking communication after buying with express delivery. No answer to emails and when you enquire online it says you have to wait 2 days for a response. Not good at all.

Shocking customer service. 5 months wait for faulty carbon mirrors and now no refund and radio silence...... do not use

Customer support was great, however I waited 2+ months for the order of my headlight eyebrows and a black badge for my car. The timeframes were inconsistent showing around 4 weeks max on the listing then when in contact they said 6-8 and I received the actual products far after 8 weeks which just isn't what I'd expect, especially for products as common as these. The quality of the products appear to be good!

Waited 4 weeks for Tesla key cards + holders.
Received useless plastic holder - and no key cards!!

Will sell you products without notice of no stock / back order. You actually have to email them, to find out! Company lacks respect for their customers and it is quite upsetting and poor.
Won't be ordering from these guys again.

Definitely trustworthy, bought a Suzuki grand Vitara 1998 2005 rear spoiler from these guys and it arrived in very good time! - their customer service is also excellent!

Amazing customer service , never fail to reply within 44 hours. Even visited their shop to have a few bits fitted to my car including a custom steering wheel which i cannot fault in anyway.

Would highly recommend Diversion, great friendly staff, always try and go the extra mile to ensure that you get the best of there service. Recently ordered a custom steering wheel from them more than happy with the product, now gives my car the extra interior finish it needed. Also choose the have the wheel fitted by the diversion team which was a fast simple process also was offered refreshments while waiting for the instalment. Would definitely recommend 🙂
