The e-learning platform was easy to use. The support available from Diverse was great. It can be easy to get stuck with remote portfolio work and assessments. The chat function enabled help to be sought quickly. The help given was always very useful. Feedback on assignments etc was great, and very constructive.

I am doing my level 2 and 3 personal trainer online with diverse trainers and they have been amazing, there is always someone happy to help with anything and the price is really good. Looking forward to doing their nutrition course next

once they changed over to the what course system , it was so much better and they were always very helpful on the phone

I recently completed my Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! A huge part of that is thanks to Victoria Chapman, who was an absolutely fantastic instructor.

Victoria’s teaching style is engaging, clear, and incredibly supportive. She breaks down complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand, making learning both enjoyable and effective. Her friendly and personable approach creates a comfortable environment where asking questions feels natural, and she is always happy to go the extra mile to ensure everyone fully grasps the material.

Wow ! Thank you diverse training ! It’s been long in the making but no fault of diverse ! I am working full time and a mum of 3 .. however diverse training have been supportive and amazing and have really helped me get this over the line. I have loved the course and enjoyed learning and has great support and communication with the tutors and the team ! And they have always been very helpful .. it’s been a great experience. I would recommend you do it quicker than me only to get it done. But it’s a great course and now it’s opened more doors for me in the exercise world .

Poor service

I would avoid using this company if you would like your coursework marked and a certificate when you pass. I have spent months begging them to mark my work with constant phone calls and emails. I am now begging them for my certificate that was due 2 months ago! I have not had a good experience at all and won’t be training with them again!

I really enjoyed the level 3 online massage course. It was fantastic that I could do this course online because I could fit it into my family and work commitments.

Smooth process, answered my questions and gave me support throughout. No issues!

Great support, really kind people who care and get back to you really fast. They really want you to succeed!

I have just finished the L3 Reformer Pilates blended course. I was not new to Diverse, as last year I completed the L3 Mat Pilates online course.
Similar to my previous experience, I felt completely supported throughout the course. The members of staff provide clear information and are fast to answer either by email and phone. The platform with online learning is clear and easy to access and so the coursework to complete online.
This time around, as part of the course, I attended the weekend workshop at Diverse Gym in Preston. The weekend was lovely. Such a great opportunity to bond and network with other Pilates lovers. Kate our tutor is wonderful! She absolutely knows how to engage the group and make people feel at ease. I enjoyed every minute. She was so attentive, encouraging and knowledgeable! I would 100% advise to enrol in this course and attend the weekend in Preston.
