I have seen your 1 star review regarding slow delivery and no update, I am very sorry you are not happy. I can not find any contact from yourself asking us for any information.
I have looked up the courier tracking for your parcel and have screen shot its progress. It has been in Australia in Customs since 18th August.
Have they contacted for you to pay the import tax in order to release the parcel to you?

Highest quality of clothing and customer service
I am a regular customer (always in the sales!). The clothing is of the highest quality and perfect for work or a special occasion. The customer service is excellent. I tend to order a larger size than I would do normally for a slightly looser fit but that is just a personal preference.

Bad at refunding
Bought a dress online and arrived within a few days however it wasn’t suitable so I returned it along with other dresses I’d bought from other online companies .
I found on returning that you have to pay to return the goods and as it was over £100 in value I ended up paying about £9 in postage . The other dresses I bought , from other companies, had free delivery and returns and they notified me and returned my money within days whereas Diva did not notify me until a few days later saying they had received it and had to process it before refunding me . Apparently they do not open parcels returned for 72 hours due to Covid !!!!!! They also say refunds can take up to14 working days !!! Most companies say up to 5 working days but you usually get it before . Also as I did not buy it they deduct the initial postage cost from your refund!!! So be aware . I’ve yet to see how much they will charge for that . I sent this parcel back on 29th June with post office and got notified from Diva on 4th they received it . Here I am 10th July and nothing .
Will not use again as too costly both in postage and the quality did not justify the cost of the dress !!
Update . Within a few hours of receiving my review I have an email to say they are issuing a refund . However they have had the goods for a week and still only just refunding and after that email from them they state it could still take another 14 working days to show in my account . Bad practice which leaves a bad taste . Delay tactics to hang on to my money . How can it take this long to refund ?

The timeline on your order shows you ordered on Wednesday 29th June and you received your dress the next day.
We received the dress back from you on Monday 4th July and this was acknowledged by us via email on the same day.
The refund was processed on the 11th July but this may take up to 5 days to arrive in your account by the time the refund goes through the credit card system.
Therefore there have been only 5 working days from receiving the dress back and refunding you.
As you must be aware, returned items have to go through certain procedural checks and we don't consider our service to be slow.
Your purchase has been within the stated terms on our website.
The dress you purchased is one of our most popular styles and we have many satisfied customers worldwide as testified by our high ranking on Trust Pilot.
We see you have updated your original statement. The credit card companies advise refunds can take up to 14 days to cover themselves but typically this process only takes 3 to 4 days. We hope this can be of some comfort to you.
Unfortunately we cannot continue this dialogue and perhaps let our customers draw their own conclusions based on our Trust Pilot ratings.
Timeless flattering dress
Just received the Polly dress in the beautiful purple heart colour. It is so flattering and the design is timeless. Really pleased with my purchase.
The only fault I can find is that it is a darker shade than depicted in the online photo.
