10/10 customer service. They are the only company that offers a 365 day guarantee and free returns on glasses. Discount Glasses has the best customer service I've encountered ever in a glasses company. The after sales support is fantastic, the reply times were just 1-2 hours on my email. My frames snapped through normal use, and they did honor the 365 day guarantee. I can't say enough good things about the company.

I would of gave 1 star but my first pair order went good, hence the 2 star.
I placed one order and absolutely loved the pair and thought great I found the company where my teenage son can get glasses (he prescription changes every year so he needs new lenses and/or glasses). The second pair (replacement) a month later I ordered I paid for expeditated shipping. They still didn't arrive an no email. I called and Ivette took my call, I found out the glasses did not pass QC/QR check and they have to remake, don't you think I should know this? I then just upgraded his lenses as I knew it would take at least 2 weeks yet again. I asked for a refund for my expediated shipping of 11.99 and she said we couldn't send bad glasses out, I responded don't you think since this was your fault and I will not have my glasses for close to a month. She said no. And then responded they have lost my business and I will write a review reflecting my experience. I am over a level 10 on my google reviews and always fair. They will lose business from this. I hope that $11.99 keeps your business afloat from a customer who would have bought yearly glasses from you for both my kids. I now ordered a replacement pair as my son lost his in the ocean over 2 weeks ago from another company and paid less. Do not use this company!

If you wear prescription glasses, you've got to go to discountglasses.com. I'm new to the whole thing but am getting familiar with my son needing them. This site offers incredible pricing but more importantly ... the customer service is out of this world. They replace glasses within 1 year if there is an issue - no questions asked, no complicated returns. If your Rx changes within the year, they update your glasses and send new ones - no charge. I was having a heck of time ordering my son's glasses today. Ended up getting the ones he has replaced for free, a new pair, and Rx sunglasses for $100. The customer service agent walked me through the whole thing without an issue.

I ordered a pair of eyeglasses and it took them 2 weeks to get them and they arrived scratched. So, they sent another pair and got them a week later and those were also scratched! Was going to try to get them one last try and low and behold, they were out of my frames and I could try another color or wait another 3-4 weeks for them to get the return on my glasses and use those frames. No thanks! 2 months waiting on a pair of eyeglasses to arrive unscratched is not going to work. They said they double checked the lenses before shipping but maybe they got damaged in shipping. Well, if you think that is the case, maybe ship them with more padding or something. So, just cancelled and cannot wait for them to maybe get my glasses right! A month wasted for a pair of eyeglasses that is their job. Not happy and would not recommend. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the return was easy. Now I need to start a new search for a place that has the glasses I want.

I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from discount glasses. They arrived quickly and my prescription seems to be spot on.

There are typically decent discounts available to save a few more dollars. Not the cheapest by any stretch of the imagination, but they are good quality.

We've used discountglasses.com 3 times now and each time has been an easy experience. We only have ordered the frames as our local optical department handles our complex prescriptions. Website is easy to follow and there is usually a discount code available either there or through a internet search. Orders get shipped quickly for free & you can take your time to decide (up to 365 days). Returns are easy by calling their customer service and returns are free as well. Have saved hundreds compared to what they charge at designer optical shops and your eye doctor's office. Not had a bad experience with them!

Ordered two pair of reading glasses for my wife. One was over-powered so I sent them back. Return was "ABC" simple. The power she needed wasn't in stock. quick easy refund, I will shop her again & again. Many thnx for great customer service

Terrible experience with ordering from these guys and would recommend people shop around.
My first order arrived damaged, they could not sort a return label but they did sent my next order out using express delivery so I could return the first.

HOWEVER!
This next order never arrived they had sent it with RM but its gone walkies, I said to give it another day before sending a replacement but no they decide to not bother sending a replacement then ignore my emails!
I have had to call the bank today to raise a chargeback claim against these to get my money back, this is the only issue when you buy from firms like this you never know how they handle things until its to late.
Personally I don’t understand why they didnt bother sending replacement out because they will have had postage insurance its so disappointing.

I WOULD SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE SHOP ABOUT!

Best glasses experience that I've ever had at the lowest price ever, I only paid $40 for hello kitty frames with my prescription lenses and free shipping. It took less than 4 days to arrive after ordering and came with a case, cloth, and cleaner, would definitely buy from this site again.

This was my first time purchasing from DiscountGlasses.com. I was excited about the pretty frame I chose and I was also glad that I did not have to spend a huge amount of money as I have done in the past. I have had these glasses for 5 months and all of a sudden out of nowhere they just broke! I am usually careful with my eyeglasses, especially because I normally only have one pair.

DiscountGlasses.com has some beautiful frames and affordable prices, but I am unsure if I would order from here again. A product should not break after only a few short months; I have never had this happen before this soon. I could understand if I had had the glasses for a longer period of time. But no, after only 5 months of use, these glasses should not be broken. I will probably order glasses online from another site next time. DiscountGlasses.com is not a bad company, I just think that they should manufacture eyeglasses that are more sturdy and that can last much longer.

my prescription was WAY OFF!! they convert it over to their format so they came wrong after repeated emails and begging for a response they finally refunded my money i would never consider using them again...
