Discount Florida Car Hire Anmeldelser

Got a great deal from Andy that I was happy with and I really couldn't match myself despite trying hard. A very fast and efficient service, answering all my little questions so promptly. I think Andy could be the hidden gem of car hiring in Florida!

First class service all the way through, very good price, would not hesitate to deal with Andy again. Thank You

This company was so easy to use. We had a choice of cars upon collection. Easy to use pre checkin of the car so no need to queue once we got to the airport we could go straight to collecting the vehicle which was a godsend after the long drive. Also an easy drop off at the end of the holiday. They even took outlr luggage and showed us to the airline check-in desk. Really helpful and friendly staff. Will definately be using them again.

The booking service was easy. We received an excellent quality of car which was the size we paid for. The car appeared to be fairly new and was immaculate inside. The advice provided by Discount Florida Car Hire prior to our holiday was helpful identifying what additional items we shouldn’t pay for when we collect the car at the airport. I would definitely consider using this company again in the future and would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service and price. Andy went out of his way to ensure everything ran smoothly. Will use again and have already recommended to friends.

Fantastic service from start to finish it’s been a pleasure to deal with Andy who was always willing to answer my questions. The sat nav was a great service to add and I would not have any issues in recommending to all I speak to regarding our trip round Florida.

Even better was the 300.00 reduction in the cost the price thAt was already the best when booking was reduced when Alamo reduced the rates on an offer not many places would do that.

Communication with Andy was fantastic. He was always willing to answer any question, regardless of how menial it may have been. The response time was always very quick, sometimes almost immediately, regardless of the time a question was sent.
Would definitely recommend to anyone and have done on a couple of forums I joined prior to our holiday.

Truly excellent service . Andy sorted everything so collecting the car was a dream . Used the self service counter so avoid queues. The sat nav service was also extremely beneficial .
I would highly recommend this company

Very easy pick up and drop off service - car was perfect for our group and staff helpful. Use of the sat nav was invaluable - would recommend.

Great service from Andy, would not hesitate to recommend and use his services again.

Great easy to do business with service. It all went perfect with 2 cars and good advice from Andy

Great service yet again from Andy he’s always available for any advise and got us the best deal 👌

Andy was quick to respond to questions and so helpful. It was our first time travelling to the USA and all the help and support given made it easy and straightforward to use a hire car. The use of the sat nav was also brilliant and saved us money. Will definitely use again!

Andy was very quick to respond to emails, as well as being helpful and informative. His prices were great value. We hired the Sat Nav too which came in very handy.

I've used Andy and Discount Florida Car hire twice now and would recommend them without hesitation. The process is smooth and efficient. By paying in advance I was confident in not being hit with additional expenses at the car hire desk. The prices are very competitive and if he isn't the cheapest, get in touch as he will try to get a better deal. I hired through Alamo both times and the process was very straightforward. If I return to Florida again, I will definitely go back to Andy for my car hire.

Great company to deal with

Superb service, seamless rental, competitive pricing and fantastic communication!
Will definitely deal with Andy going forward for all our Florida car rental requirements.

Just want to review DFCH. I emailed Andy a couple of months ago after a review on Facebook. From the first email to securing the the rental of our car, it was first class. 3 months later we decided to book but with specific requirements. We wanted to collect the car from ID and we wanted a pick up truck. Not only did Andy locate a car within 1mile of our hotel he also advise from the first quote that the rental had gone up from our first quote. So he found us a different company to hire the car from with a better car and a better price so we booked on the spot. I work in the customer service industry and all I would say is that the service we received has been exemptlery and the advice has been unbiased and honest. If your booking a hire use Discount Florida car hire, you won't be disappointed!, Thanks again Andy.
Regards Dameon

Just wanted to leave a few words to say thank you to Andy & his team for sorting us out with a people carrier in Florida for two weeks. Right from the start the pricing was clear, what was included and what was not. He even sent over a sample of what the hire form should look like when you are at the desk advising that the hire companies are on commission for selling extras but these are not needed. Collection and return was straightforward and the preprogrammed sat nav we received from Andy was invaluable. Excellent service aground and would definitely use again.

I used Discount Florida car hire for the first time & I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were great, dealt with any issues, had everything sorted in advance & ensured everything went smoothly. Thanks again & would definitely use again.
