This is by far the worst contact lens company on the market! They are horrible! They openly lied to you they make promises that they do not keep and they keep you running around in circles wasting your time even after you opt for overnight air delivery. I placed an order over two weeks ago, and after not receiving it or a tracking number I called in and they told me they were having difficulty with the prescription I sent them, I asked them why they didn't bother to tell me that and they could not give me a explanation, so while I was talking to the rep I emailed it to her and she verified that she received it it was crystal clear and everything was fine and that she was re-entering the order and it would ship in a day or two overnight. That was 9 days ago, today I inquire as to why it still has not shipped and instead of even answering me they just cancel the order and will not even give me an explanation as to what is going on. I looked into other reviews on them and this is definitely a pattern from them I highly advise everyone to stay away from this absolutely horrible, disgraceful scam company. You will find yourself chasing them around and getting absolutely nowhere simply go elsewhere and get what you need in a timely fashion. Do not believe that they're better pricing that they seem to offer is going to help you, because it's not, you're just not going to get your order and they're going to hold you up forever.

I underwent a cataract surgery and no longer needed the one year supply of contact lens I ordered. I have used a case and sent 3 cases back. The package was received and signed for by "Raul" on August 7, 2025. One week passed, no credit issued. Then 2weeks, 3weeks, 4 weeks have passed. Still no credit.
i called several times, and every time they promised a solution but every time it resulted in NOTHING. I'm thoroughly fed up by this company inability of processing a simple refund! Good thing I'll never need contact lens again. This company is a total trash! I also doubt a review like this will do anthing to improve their customer service! It seems to me they just don't care at all.

terrible customer service! long delay on rx verification, no response from email customer service, and the people they have operating the call center have zero idea what is going on and when I say zero idea I mean the lady thought I was calling about my American Express!

This company has become useless. I placed an order on July 17, estimated shipping July 19. Never shipped. I wrote two emails to customer service, with no response. Called today (July 30), was on hold 15 minutes, spoke with bored agent who put me on hold, deleted all my order history and hung up on me. Tried to call back and no answer after 15 minutes. Unbelievable. Too many other choices than waste my time with them. Steer clear.

I have ordered three pair of Boston ES RGP lenses from DiscountContacts.com and numerous bottles of Boston solution. The orders are always delivered promptly, competitively priced and I really appreciate customer service who caught an error I had entered that was different than my RX.
