Booked the place and got refused horrible people. 4 mins late they said kitchen closed for wings we booked, they called to cancel, no missed calls. Told me sorry but no and it's our fault for being 4 mins late. However,we could eat from the menu just not the deal we booked spent £40 on uber.

Went to dinner at their Oxford restaurant yesterday evening.

Got seated near an exit to an outdoor seating area where patrons and staff were brushing past us within inches constantly. Very noisy with uncontrolled children, albeit not the fault of the establishment, merely a reflection of a broken society.

Burgers are priced separately from the fries. Making my choice, £27. This is after a £10 starter. Dirty Bones, you’re nothing special, stop inflating your prices to make you feel special.
Dessert was the best part of the meal.

The prices here do not reflect the quality of the service, establishment nor the food itself. Five Guys still do the best burgers by far. Dirty Bones has no justification for these prices, they’re simply over-inflated.

My friend and I asked for the bill, only to see the two tables adjacent to our get theirs first and also pay and leave. We eventually had to stand up and ask for it again in order to be seen and heard, we did consider leaving by the open door had they not made any effort to want to take our money.

Cannot recommend. Inflated prices. Food is average at best. Service is slow/poor. Will not return.

Staff member who looked after us was helpful. Fizz delivered "not cold" - immediately took it away and exchanged it; for another "not cold" one. Gave us a large ice bucket with apologies. Food was very average. Skinny chips were not hot and the tacos the same. We had an outside table which was nice. Would not revisit

Visited Dirty Bones Oxford on 19th for a late lunch with a friend neither of us had been before. Booked online, no problems. Raff was our waiter and he was just brilliant, so friendly and patient, talked us through popular menu choices based on our preferences and gave us breakdowns of the dishes, he did the same with the cocktail menu. It was a lovely sunny afternoon so decided to go with the salad options as just couldn't chose, we decided we would share. Raff again was very helpful and provided us with extra plates so we could sample each others foods. We also ordered the chicken tacos and some sesame slaw just because they sounded so good. Food was served very promptly and was delicious as were the chosen cocktails. We then couldn't fo without indulging in dessert. Raff, our now trusted advisor, again helped us with options and we decided to go with the Gelato doughnut sandwich....it was amazing! Overall a fantastic meal topped off with an amazing waiter! Thank you Raff, we will be back soon!

The food has been fantastic. But if it wasn’t for Justina being an incredible person I would not have had as much of an amazing night as I did. You’re brilliant Justina, we love you!

Justina was the best server in the world. Great vibes, great bottomless, give her a raise!!! She accommodated everything we needed and was so smiley while doing it !! Love her!!

The food was really nice, the customer service could be improved though.

Jemma at the Oxford branch was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We went for the all you can eat wings and nachos - the chicken fell off the bones and the sauces were soooooo tasty! Might be a new Wednesday night tradition!

Ideally placed for dinner before show at piccidilly theatre.

We had a fantastic time. We were seated quickly by friendly staff. Lots of offers and promotions made it fantastic value.

Food was delicious with good size portions. Cocktails good value on 241 happy hour. Big shout out to Erica for her Cocktail recommendations. We would happily return again in the future.

My partner & I visited Dirty Bones for the second time last night having been impressed with the food on a prior visit. Our experience was terrible. We were seated quick enough but then waited 25mins to get served despite several prompts to the staff. Our initial server was miserable & unapologetic for the significant initial wait. We then had to wait an additional 30mins to get 2 pints of beer with every other table in sight being served prior to us. The food arrived a few minutes before our drinks. The beef burger was then tough as old boots which was very disappointing. The apparent manager eventually apologised & didn't charge us for the 2 beers which was a nice gesture though we were still tarnished by the experience & will not be frequenting this establishment again. Basic customer service shouldn't be taken for granted. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Utterly awful service, go here if you wish to be completely ignored by the staff, we walked out after sitting for 15 minutes whilst other people walked in and got attended to almost immediately, shocking.

I had an excellent experience at Dirty Bones. The service was top-notch and exceptional, the waiters were very attentive and prompted us at the right time.

The food and cocktails were fantastic as well, we had: mutt’s nuts, the mac daddy and truffle fries. I highly recommend all.

Overall, this is a business very well run, and I look forward to coming here again.

The food itself (lamb fries kit) is great and straightforward to prepare but portion of lamb for the fries has halved in size and a smaller pack of fries. When Dirty Bones first conceived and executed delivery during Lockdown it was brilliant and great value and good customer service if anything went wrong. Since Plateaway have taken over It’s all gone downhill and price has increased by £10 to £35) Ordered 2 Lamb Fries Kits for a birthday celebration, only one arrived. No phone number and after various email exchanges they could not deliver the second until a week later. The second arrived with no buns!! More emails and an offer of 20% refund (not arrived). Dirty Bones blame Plateaway and they blame Dirty Bones. When something went wrong previously Dirty Bones delivered a new kit next day special delivery and refunded us. Won’t be ordering again Sorry.

I ordered 2 kits for New Year's Eve delivery. Only one kit came, and the ice pack was melted and the beef had gone brown in patches.

This completely ruined my NYE plans for my family and I had to run out to get other dinner supplies. I contacted them right after delivery on every possilbe outlet (FB, Instagram, website- they do not provide a phone number!) and have had no response. I realize it is a holiday period, but this is ridiculous.

Ordered from them for the first time recently. Food was great quality and everything was packaged well - with clear instruction's. Will order again soon!
