Has helped with my focus and energy
Has helped with my focus and energy. Can’t remember the last time I had a daytime energy crash. Not entirely sure whether this alone has done that but have also ensured to have nutritious foods and have prioritised my sleep and exercise. Has certainly supported my health journey.

Highly recommend Dirtea Coffee blend
I have Dirtea Coffee every morning to replace the usual caffeine loaded cappuccinos. I’ve been doing this a long time now and it really works for me. I add a little Dirtea tremella and a Nespresso decaf shot too. I’m also a member of ZOE and Dirtea coffee is 100 points for me - can’t get better than that! I have it on subscription, and the whole process works smoothly and flexibly. I highly recommend this product to anyone who feels they want to get away from caffeine loads first thing.

I’ve been drinking Dirtea coffee now…
I’ve been drinking Dirtea coffee now for a few months, my stomach has settled, I feel calmer and more alert and I’m definitely sleeping better. It’s my late morning ritual now, I put my flavourless collagen in and my creapure in with it every day. It’s my treat to myself since packing in the booze 🙂 I do recommend it, it’s not a normal coffee taste but it’s not a normal coffee! I actually quite like the taste 🤩

Dirtea Coffee Sleep Improvement
I was drinking around 3-4 coffee's a day, my sleep was ruined and I was left feeling worn out.
I switched to Dirtea coffee around 6-7 months ago and I am now down to 1 coffee a day. My sleep is much improved and I have also noticed improvement in my concentration at work. good stuff.

Best tasting Matcha
Firstly, this Matcha tastes beautiful. I have tried several others and they do not come close. Deliveries are on time and flexible and you can put the packaging stuffing in your garden for birds to use for nesting.
When I am able to keep my routine up, I feel clearer and less foggy.
