Direct Trade Supplies Anmeldelser

They supplied my car charger at a great price (shipping was included) and it was delivered quickly, what more could you ask for!

Excellent service. Ordered an EV charger late on Thursday evening, and it was delivered on Saturday. Thank you!

I ordered 5 bathroom wall lights and 6 outdoor ground level lights, along with the lamps to go in them, at around a third of the price I had seen elsewhere. I received the order within a few days, but when the lamps were fitted, the cover of one of the bathroom lights was wrong and would not fit over the lamp. I contacted Direct Trade Supplies and explained the problem and they ordered and posted a replacement which arrived in a few days. Fantastic after-sales service.

Good selection of products, good communication

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Direct Trade Supplies, and I can't say enough about their exceptional customer service.
From the moment I reached out with inquiries, their team was incredibly helpful and responsive.
They went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed and even helped me find the perfect products for my project.
It's refreshing to encounter a company that truly values its customers.
Direct Trade Supplies has earned my trust and loyalty, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch service and quality products.
Five stars without a doubt!

Simple to use site, quality products and swift service

Tried to place an order online, stated payment had gone through and got order number but then said order status failed. Called them and he said their system had gone down and he would call me back in about 10 minutes. Waited over 3 hours and called them back. Was advised that the delivery address was wrong as their system would not recognise it, so changed address and tried again and payment wouldn't go through so called them back again and a very flippant and arrogant man who obviously had no customer service training was basically not interested at all so I told him I would buy my items elsewhere and he said something like 'you go do that'. I am a buyer by trade and I will never be using this company to buy any future goods. prefer to work with suppliers who actually have customer service.

Great company, easy to use website.cheapest by far and the friendliest of staff.
Will be back for more and recommending to others

Excellent service, exceptionally prompt delivery and competitive pricing
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and all their staff and have already done so on several occasions.

2 months Order Not Received & Shameful Customer Support...
Having not received an order placed on 5th June 2023...
I today (over 2 months later) rang (11:16 am) to find out where this order was...
I spoke to Ash (sales assistant) who was very abrupt and offish, after giving my order reference number to twice, still believed that I had not given it to him??....
I insisted on speaking with his manager Rich whose manner and behaviour were simply disgusting.
Rich (Manager) was more interested in confirming when the order was sent and insistent that it was not their problem if Royal Mail did not deliver the item??...
Very disappointed that he had no customer care whatsoever, I asked for the owner's details in order that I may register my great disappointment at the severe lack of customer support and service that would SADLY PREVENT ME FROM SHOPPING WITH SUCH AN ORGANISATION AGAIN as it reflects badly upon my business.

Great company to deal with, reasonable prices & speedy dispatch

5 or 6 years ago I bought all my new kitchen appliances from Enterprise 2000. Recently I have had a few problems and have used their partners Direct Supplies to resolve the same. I have received an excellent service from Direct Supplies in this and would highly recommend them.

Direct Trade Supplies is my go-to website for lights and I'd highly recommend them. They have a fantastic range of lights for very competitive prices. Delivery has always been prompt and, most importantly to me, the lights have been extremely well packaged so everything (including very fragile glass lamps) has arrived safe and sound.

Very helpful, pleasant people to do business with. Delivery was prompt and arrived just as they said it was. Goods were packed very well. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely use them again, especially as their price was the cheapest by far compared to others.

Fast delivery and best price for product.
Would recommend.

Dealt with Ash over a warranty query, his help and assistance was first class, resolving my problem very quickly, thank you

Very good customer service team response and they Deliver material on-time.

I always buy searchlight lights - the quality / price is just great.
DTS are always the cheapest too - normally substantially.
I ordered monday, and my 5 patio lights, at half rrp, were delivered on Tuesday.
Just faultless
