Good price quick delivery dont forget to order harvey if your going wireless

Used them for about 5 years now for various products .Fast and painless experience

I recently placed an order with this company.
Unfortunately, the goods were faulty, and up to this point the company was quite good, and I was refunded quite quickly ,once I posted back to the company the faulty goods

According to the website I should also have had my return P&P refunded. I raised with issue with the company - twice via e-mail.
As of today’s date, I have not received any response for the postage refund.

If you try to call the company the number goes to an answering machine. I did leave a message... again, no response received.
Terrible customer service I will NOT be using this business again.

Disappointing
Order was received very late. Customer service were uninterested . -
Was told DPD tried to deliver numerous times, which I don’t believe as I work from an office overlooking my Gates.
Sent to a collection point- they didn’t have it as they don’t receive big parcels they sent me somewhere else .
Eventually after an hour and 20 minutes driving around I managed to locate my order .
No communication from DPD or the company at any point .
Not for me, thanks .

Cancelled my order without any communication, I then tried to contact their customer services to ask why this had happened and I’ve just been ignored! Prices looked promising but shocking service, take my advise pay a few pound more and use a company that cares!

Have to say a big thank you to Richard for replacing 2 faulty downlights with the new updated version. Brilliant customer service.

5** ordered an expensive light fitting. Arrived well packed and quick, would recommend 😄

Great company. Top quality items for sale at a decent price.
Delivery is fast. Definitely recommend.

Both dealing with this company were positive and left a great impression.

1) I placed then later cancelled the order. All dealt with with great speed and monies returned same day.

2) I placed an order a few week later, received within 48hrs.

I would defiantly recommend them, their website if perhaps a bit dated - but they make up for it in price and service.

Fantastic customer service, Gary you was amazing
Item sent was incorrect , rectified immediately and replacement sent and arrived less than 24 hrs later what more could you ask for
Thank you so much this type of customer service means I will be going back when additional items are required as it builds trust which is so lacking in most companies today

Exactly one year ago I bought a OHME home pro ev charger from DTS and everything was perfect with the delivery ,price and service. Roll the clock forward a year and my daughter is entering the world of ev's so I was straight back to DTS. This time there was a minor annoyance in the fact that the unit didn't arrive next day but it did arrive the day after. It was no great problem to daughter as the electrician isnt coming till Friday. Nonetheless I wouldn't hesitate to use DTS again. BTW the delivery is free

Great products at competitive prices.
Fantastic customer service and after sales, great company to deal with.

Direct Trade Supplies offers the best prices coupled with a superb level of service. When my EV charger went missing with the courier DTS immediately sent out a replacement no questions asked on a 24hr delivery!

Superb service

Have been using DTS for a while, great prices and very reliable delivery.

Great service! Ordered an Eddi Solar Diverter for a great price, and it arrived next day. It's installed now, and has been working for over 2 weeks. Thank you!

Highly satisfied with my Zappi charger, this is an expensive item for me as a private customer but worth the money. Great service from start to finish. I have no problem recommending DTS for supplying EV chargers. Very fast delivery too. Everything is working fine first time. Very pleased.

A quick call to confirm stock as their website states they had zero.
Placed the order and it was with me in <24 hours.

No hassle, decent prices - would recommend.

Eddi, Havri and Eddi relay board.

Ordered a Zappi car charger. DTS had best price online. Easy ordering, delivered next day. What's not to like?

The EV charger was a great price and works seamlessly with my energy supplier.
I am very pleased with my purchase.
