Director First  Anmeldelser

From being confused, uncertain and having many sleepless nights I am now confident I have a solution thanks to Shaun and the Director First team. I was unsure of how to proceed with debts and no work coming in and Shaun listened, reassured and provided an excellent range of options. This was all done with a real sense of caring about the person and the situation, i guess having heard and seen many times before. I cant recommend Director First enough and if you are struggling you should pick up the phone and contact them as will help you identify a way forward.

From the outset the conversation both Tom and Chris gave me the confidence to be open and honest of my situation
They were not judgemental in any way and with there professional approach guided me to look at a positive approach and solution

Expert understanding of my position and first class solutions that will resolve my problems without the stress associated with the HMRC people. Thank you

I honestly can’t recommend Shaun highly enough.

This is actually the second time I’ve contacted him about liquidating one of my businesses (I know… not my finest moment!) and he could quite easily have taken my money and gone ahead with the liquidation. Instead, he took the time to look at my situation properly and advised me that I could simply strike the company off instead, saving me thousands of pounds.

That level of honesty and integrity is so rare these days. It’s clear that Shaun genuinely wants the best outcome for his clients, not just to make a sale.

Over the years we’ve really got to know each other, and every phone call feels less like speaking to an adviser and more like catching up with a good friend. He’s approachable, patient, never makes you feel judged, and somehow has the incredible ability to make conversations about insolvency and liquidation feel relaxed, positive and even enjoyable!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by business problems and don’t know where to turn, speak to Shaun. He explains everything in plain English, gives honest advice, and genuinely cares about helping people make the right decision even if that means less business for him.

Thank you, Shaun, for always looking out for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Tom was extremely helpful and guided me through a difficult situation very well with a good outcome.

I cannot thank Chris W and the team at Direct First enough for everything they have done for me.

I was in a very dark place, struggling to keep my company going. I had tax bills, supplier invoices and outstanding loans piling up, and the pressure had become overwhelming.

From my very first phone call, Chris immediately put me at ease. For the first time in a long while, I actually managed to sleep that night. He is incredibly knowledgeable and, if there was ever a question he couldn't answer, he always knew someone who could.

With Chris's help and guidance, we put the company into administration and managed an extremely difficult situation. He was always at the end of the phone whenever I had a wobble or needed reassurance. He even called to check that we were okay while he was on his honeymoon, which says everything about the kind of person he is.

Chris is an absolute top bloke and genuinely cares about the people he helps. If you're in a dark place with your business and don't know where to turn, call this guy. He quite literally saved my life.

I could say so much more, but I don't want to make him blush! Thank you, Chris and everyone at Direct First.

Working with Chris was a pleasure from start to finish. In what has been an incredibly difficult time he has helped me navigate some very stormy waters, put together a great team to help me do so and has been an incredibly friendly voice whenever I needed him. We now have a chance to rebuild and go again and start the new chapter for our group. Would highly recommend anyone struggling out there in this tough economy to get in touch with Chris so you can know your options. I have already recommended him to other people. The only way I can describe it is he has been my guardian angel guiding me through a very difficult process that we are now on the other end of and cn get back to looking to the future.
