John T
John T. was took all my information regarding an open booking to communicate with the cruise line. He had me hang up and wait for his call back instead of wasting my time on hold. When John called back in a few minutes, he reviewed to confirm booking and any payments. Whenever I called back he had my profile available.
When I called back after my cruise with additional future cruise booking, John checked to make sure the cruise line linked DLC withe the booking. He also added my future booking numbers I purchased to my profile for future reference.
My praise for John can also be said for everyone I have dealt with in Direct Line Cruises.

Booking with DLC instead of cruise line.
It was much better to deal with DLC rather than the cruise line. We got the same price, but had more extras (like on board credits). I keep info on all my cruises in one place and learn loyalty points with DLC, too!
