very pleased once i got to speak with a vacation representative.
After trying to get through to a representative i was finally connected witg Patrice Reda who was very helpful in making our cruise reservation. I was also very pleased with the cost and the fact that it included everything we wanted.
I would have given a 5 star rating if i was able to get through to a representative quicker because the recording wanted me to make the reservation through the website; however, using the website didn't provide all the information i needed.

My first experience with DLC and I'm TOTALLY amazed at why I haven't done this earlier. I am very disappointed with the $150.00charge before booking the cruise that was not put towards my total payment and was not refunded. In my opinion it is a bit fraudulent by not informing the customer about the procedure.

If you know the right questions to ask, information gets shared after your nonrefundable deposit is processed. In my case it didn't matter. My cruise is a Transatlantic that will prevent me from needing to fly for about the same cost. I arrive already on the same time zone, so I am not losing time to get acclimated, so no jet lag. If I was cruising for a different reason I might not be so shrugged. There model didn't make any sense to me when I tried to book online. So when their rep called it was well timed. I'm on the fence if I will book here again. I will decide after the cruise if this is a one and done or when I book
