Stay away from this company, they are incredibly unprofessional, incompentent, not fit for business.
They had the nerve to ask me for a performance review immediately after my purchase and way before the item was even shipped! I told them you are not getting a review until I receive my goods and these are in pristine conditions.
Yet they did not provide me with tracking details and 5 days later their courier (EVRI) informs me the goods are damaged in transit and I would need to get in touch with them? Seriously? Dream on!

I've asked for an immediate refund and told them they are a cowboy outfit. And that is the truth.
Never again. You better stay clear this company is not trusthworthy.

Great company, found on their website just the product we required for an ailing elderly cat at a competitive price.

Good prices for dog food but packaging wasn’t good. Nearly all the tins were dented.

Once I had answered a few simple questions about my Cat’s Medical History and the Administration Process the Medication was promptly dispatched. I was able to take advantage of Bulk Buying at cheaper price.

Excellent website ordering, easy, discounts for bulk and fast delivery. Hate Amazon but stuck with it. Wish they would use Evri/DHL instead.
Apart from that, been using D4Pet for years and don't go anywhere else.
Highly recommend products and service. They have also been good on exchanges if needed.

Everything as expected, arrived on time, and the correspondence from the seller was exceptionally good

I placed two orders with this company and never received the orders, I tried calling them four times and emailing them twice and received no response from them. I would love the items I ordered, but I disputed the charge with Citibank and hopefully I can get my money back. I’m very very disappointed with this company.
