What a scam!!

J'ai mis une étoile parce que je ne peut pas faire moins.
Cette entreprise est a éviter absolument, ne commandez rien chez eux car vous vous ferez avoir.
Pour moi commande passé le 10 Mars 2025 pour 39€ et toujours pas reçu 2 mois après. 27 mails échangé avec REHA Et toujours les mêmes commentaires, c'est un escroc, un voleur. Heureusement que j'avais payé avec PayPal et que ces dernier m'ont remboursé intégralement.

Been trying to get money back since March correspondence with Daisy a complete waste of time she comes up with excuses all the time then says she has no record of my order funny thing is they don't have a problem taking our money

If I could give them zero stars I would, I did not get anything I ordered, and even thou I have half a dozen emails promising they would send it, it never showed up. I paided thru Paypal so hopefully they will reimburse me and deny them the use of using PayPal to rip other people off. WARNING DONT BUY FROM THEM!! One upset customer that has had enough of being ripped of online.

Scam. Claimed that item had been delivered but no such tracking number with DHL. Fake DHL screen shots. But fortunately I used paypal so git a refund.

Bestellung getätigt, Zahlung über PayPal geleistet, Lieferung erfolgte nicht, Rückerstattung bei Paypal beantragt, dann plötzlich Sendungsnummer mit Status "zugestellt" nach MANNHEIM. Eingabe Rufnummer, PLZ, Email zur weiteren Information zur Zustellung ergab, dass die Daten nicht übereinstimmen. Anruf DHL Express:Paket wurde an Person in Mannheim adressiert und zugestellt. Weitere Auskunft wegen Datenschutz nicht möglich. PayPal zahlt Betrag zurück.

Can't do zero so has to be 1. Ordered mid Feb. get run around with every contact. "will ship within 3 days" and never ships.

Scam. Pagate con paypall e mai con carta di credito. Con paypall vi arriva il rimborso.

Complete waste.

I had ordered at the 27th of January two laser welding units.
The offer was placed at Facebook.
After I contacted the service email at the 10th of February, I got a tracking for a parcel witch was shipped from New Jersey ( USA ) to Mannheim ( Germany ) 2 weeks before I placed the order....
And this location is 400km away from my own....

I had ask them, in witch way they could know in front, what a client will order much later.......
They must be the biggest magician in the world....

And I got zero additional information...
No zip code to confirm who has got the parcel....

The only answers are: we must investigate what happens....

The website show many things for pets....zero tools.
And the location is a normal apartment house.

So 100% fraud and fake.

Update at the 28th of February.

Until now, no real answer....
About their shop, location, invoice.....
No pay back of the money.

Daisy ( the girl at the support ) told me, they had problems with the shipping.....and had investigated that the shipment has not reached me....
But zero real response....nothing more then bla, bla, bla.....

Clear....they never want deliver the Laser Welding kit.....
Only get the money......

This is a Scam. Pure and simple. The item never arrived, as i suspected it wouldnt. The scammer sent me an email asking for proof of where i would like the refund to go, including signed letters from my bank, my full account details etc. I opened a complaint via paypal which went unchallenged and got a full refund.

Blatant scammer. I ordered a product that never arrived - the first warning sign was no immediate tracking number. When I chased this up I was given a random number that was for a delivery to Bristol 2 weeks before. I live in Manchester.
I advised him I was going to recover my money through PayPal, then I got this reply:

“ Thanks for contacting us and sorry for keeping you waiting.
After our investigation, your package was indeed not delivered to your address due to carrier's reasons. We have applied a $200 freight insurance for you. Please provide the following necessary information at your convenience: 1. Please provide your bank account, where the insurance will compensate you for a freight insurance refund of $200. 2. Please provide a bank letter (drafted and signed by the physical bank, such as Chase, Wells Fargo and East West Bank is preferred by the insurance company) stating that the account is open and in good standing, including the account and transit numbers. Once we obtain these information, we will submit it for reviewing. Once the information is confirmed to be correct, $200 will be transferred to your account.”

So now he’s trying to scam me big time. Why would he need my bank details to reimburse me ?
I advised him I had already reported the issue in PayPal. I was then very surprised when he credited my account.
So avoid this fraudster at all costs, he is not a merchant, just a thief.

I ordered 5 shelves under this company name on dec 30, 2024. It is now 01/22/2025, their tracking info says it was delivered on 01/06/25 to my mailbox. 5 shelves 5ft high delivered to my mailbox? Tracked this company down online and they sell pet supplies. The shelves i bought were from qvc....scam!

Scam company. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Took my money for goods, no receipt sent which was a red flag. Then persued for tracking etc and got a promise of getting this information within 3 days... Did not get this. When they sent me 2 different numbers, neither of them worked. (One was a UPS, one a DHL) Has been over a week and still nothing. Constantly in contact with an employee called Daisy, last communication they
informed me that it had been delivered... they screen shot a tracking to show it was delivered to somewhere at the other end of the country!! Too much like a scam to me. A shame, as the product was to be a surprise gift.
