I just passed my postgraduate digital marketing course. It was full of useful information and up-to-date marketing strategies and insights. Michelle Baxter was incredible, she helped students prepare for assessments and is one of those teachers that truly cares.

I have recently completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing. While it is accurate to say that some of the material was somewhat redundant or repetitive, the overall content proved to be valuable and beneficial. During the first couple of modules, I found the feedback from BPP lacking in depth; however, the quality of feedback improved in the subsequent ones. I must emphasize that without the outstanding support from Michelle Baxter, who truly deserves TEN stars, I would not have progressed even to the midpoint of the course, let alone completed it successfully. Therefore, I would like to once again extend my heartfelt gratitude to Michelle for her exceptional assistance. Sidenote: I hope that the issuance of the certificate will not be unduly delayed. - Antonella

I was torn between the DMI and CIM courses to up-skill myself in Digital Marketing and, regretfully, ended up choosing the DMI. The sales conversations were positive and (seemingly) informative, offering an insight to the course material, support, etc. I was told that I’d need 6-8 hours per week to study - this is false. I didn’t even get through even half the content, especially when you factor in the assignment work. The course delivery is a mix of self-proclaimed experts sharing their views as facts, and uninspiring AI voice lead slides. Course content was good in places but often repetitive and non-specific to Digital Marketing. I was sold the narrative that I would have support from tutors at my fingertips and that there was an interactive community of students - neither are true, I got 1 reply on my class forum post! Assignment 1 I was unable to submit on the portal and it took lots of work from my side to ensure it was received and marked - not what you expect for this price! The feedback notes were vague at best. Assignment 2 was submitted via the portal on Nov 1st and I was told I’d have a result within 7 weeks. After receiving nothing in this time, I sent a helpdesk request and didn’t get a response for weeks. Managed to reach someone via phone in the meantime by selecting the Sales line (seems to be the only one answered), but that didn’t get me far either! Finally received my grade on Jan 7th but no feedback notes and now have to wait another 4-6 weeks for the certificate.

I had some challenges with my account, so I submitted a support ticket. Within a few hours, Alison Byrne responded and provided tremendous help in resolving the issue. I am truly grateful for her support.

In addition to having such a great support team, the quality of the Certified Digital Marketing Professional course is exceptional. I have learned so much from each chapter.

DMI is fantastic! I really love how straightforward the login, instructions and layout of the learning materials is. I’ve taken the Strategy and Leadership program. You have to invest and time and put in the work, so I can’t say it’s easy but all the resources are at your finger tips to learn and to do well. But having a challenge is positive too, it has helped me understand the concepts relevant to my current job and beyond. The support team is wonderful and very quick to respond.
