Didn't receive any notification of when I would get a license so had to send an email to get my purchased resolved 3 days later. This could have been due to the Christmas holidays but online sales should still have immediate results or a statement could be provided on the website or sales page to let customers know. Once I got a response back, I was promptly setup.

Please don't buy from these people. They never respond to my WhatsApp messages. I bought one plugin on 06 August 2024 for my website and after that I messaged them for installation it's October now and still the order is not completed even after several messages and emails.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! This is the best service i have used by far in a very long time. They are just the best! They have agency licenses for website development and you pay like .....5$ for a 100$ plugin/theme/whatever! It just doesn't get better than this! Very fast response on support! Licenses are 100000% legit and 100000% legal. No gray area like GPL licences ! You provide temporary access to your website, they enter their agency license serial number and activate your website and you have automatic updates forever and everything like you have bought it from the original site. It's like getting buying from plugin's author website but cheaper ^^. ALOT CHEAPER! I mean to make a normal website these days in wordpress you have to pay 10 salaries in plugins and another 10 salaries in themes hmm per year..... Obviously they won't give you AI Credits but for some plugins you can even buy them yourself from the official website, like elementor AI. IT'S THAT LEGIT! You can literally have everything. All packaged in an amazing customer support thats kind and effective! Sick and tired of GPL ? This is the real thing. You think too good to be true? Buy one theme or plugin and let them activate it for you and you will see what i mean. AAA+++ Thank You.

I recently engaged with Digital365Demand for their plugin installation services on my website, expecting prompt assistance and professional support. However, my experience with their support team has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening.

Firstly, despite reaching out for assistance, I have received no response for over two days. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of my request. As a customer, I expect timely communication and efficient resolution of issues, neither of which I have received thus far.

Furthermore, not only has the support team failed to respond promptly, but they have also not fulfilled their promise of installing the plugin on my website. It's been an unreasonable amount of time, and yet, there has been no progress on my request.

The lack of responsiveness and apparent indifference displayed by Digital365Demand's support team reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. As a paying customer, I expect better service and accountability.

Overall, my experience with Digital365Demand has been highly disappointing, marred by lazy support and a complete disregard for timely assistance. I would caution others against relying on their services until they improve their support infrastructure and prioritize customer responsiveness.

The staff is very lazy and often does not reply to messages for two or three days. Afterwards, they simply read them and cannot reply, and they do not provide refunds.
