great support until you get it working, even a year later if Microsoft updates it.

Excellent product office 365 for iPad, iPhone and PC all worked perfectly.

Will definitely use again, great communication throughout.

Easy to install and can’t find a different between 2024 office purchased from this vendor or from Microsoft.

I am extremely disappointed by how unprofessional and intimidating this company has been. On 29 September 2024, I purchased their Microsoft package, which was advertised as being usable on multiple devices. When I later experienced password issues, instead of receiving assistance, I was advised to make another purchase.

Shocked by the poor service, I left a review. On 30 December 2024, I received direct intimidation from the seller via email, demanding that I remove the review. I was also told that a team would deactivate my account, even though it was meant to remain active as long as the installation limit had not been exceeded.

I did not follow up at the time, but when I checked today, my account no longer exists. This level of conduct reflects a complete lack of professionalism.

The product was issued promptly and the support service was excellent when I had an issue installing and a conflict with MS365.

Ask me what installation I had immediately after ordering and then responded very quickly with the licence key which I was able to use straightaway- great service

I PURCHASED WHAT CLEARLY STATED ON MY INVOICE WAS A MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 LIFETIME LICENSE STATING IT WAS FOR WINDOWS, MAC, ANDROID, TABLET IPAD AND CHROMEBOOK.

NOW HERE IT GETS INTERESTING...IN BROKEN ENGLISH THEY CONTACT YOU WITH NO EMAIL CREDENTIALS OTHER THAN THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS, NO NAME NOTHING. TO REQUEST YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM AND THE MACHINE ITS FOR. HERE IS THE 1ST RED FLAG-NOT A LICENSE FOR ALL MACHINES.

I HAD A FEW ISSUES AS I WAS TRYING TO PUT IT ON FROM A MAC TO WINDOWS BUT FORGOT TO USE MY GMAIL etc. THEY RESPONDED WHEN ASKED FOR SUPPORT WITH THIS. I THEN PROCEEDED TO CARRYOUT THE PROCESS WHEN I REALISED 2ND RED AND MOST IMPORTANT FLAG, THE KEY IS FOR OFFICE 2024. I EMAILED IMMEDIATELY AND OF COURSE, YOU'VE PROBABLY GUESSED-SILENCE.

WELL ALL I CAN SAY IS IT MIGHT BE GOLDEN IN THE SHORT TERM OF DIGITAL-ZONE.CO.UK BUT THE BACK IS RAISING A DISPUTE AS WE SPEAK.

I needed a copy of Microsoft Visio for personal use but the 500€+ to add it to MS 365 was too much. I saw Digital Zone on a Bing search and their price matched my budget. Ordered online and a response via email appeared within minutes. I had a couple of problems adding Visio as I already have MS 365 running on the PC and it would not add it. However, they came back quick quickly with a couple of different ways of installing and Visio is now running on the PC. The technical support was excellent and they quickly understood my problem. Well worth 5 *

I had difficulty gettin a prgram working so sent email asking for help.
Help was almost immediate and enabled me to get the microsoft program up and running

Send email with spelling error. Email went to junk, junk folder warned me not to open as couldn’t identify sender. Microsoft code didn’t work and Microsoft warned me from unverifiable sender. Scammed.

The person I was on the chat with provided guidance and a great deal of patience whilst I was attempting to download the software etc.
The process took me some time and some things didn't work straight away. I was able to continue to chat with the person until it was resolved. Don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you.

Purchased office 2024 from the company. I was a bit dubious checked the company out and they were fully registered so are totally legit.
One to two gotcha's which they don't mention in the instructions. You need to be logged out of any office app prior to installing otherwise it will look to your online Microsoft account for the product license and throw up an error. So lose a mark for not mentioning the above in the instructions.

Received prompt replies, excellent links that functioned correctly. Posed a question, had good response problem solved. Excellent company. Will definitely use again.

I purchased Office and then upgraded my machine. The software did not operate and DZ's help desk replied within the hour, transferred updated software, helped me install it and kept in touch until all was working. A very helpful and rare experience in today's retail environment. I cannot praise them enough.

I just purchased Office 2024 Professional Plus from Techno-zone.co.UK. and it was my second buy from this excellent vendor!!

Everything with the first purchase downloaded and installed absolutely flawlessly when I followed the provided instructions. It was an upgrade from my Office 2010 to Office 2021 and all my previous documents were seamlessly opened and available in compatible format upon conversion. I was extremely happy with my experience, so much so that when I saw the offer from Techno-zone for their copy of Office 2024 Professional Pro, I decided to pull the trigger and buy it hoping for the same results.

After once again following the instructions, I was happy to find the download and installation performed perfectly. But when I provided the “Activation Code”, much to my surprise, the product installed was “Office 2024 Standard”. I immediately emailed Support and expressed my disappointment about the installation and requested a solution.

The courteous and professional reply came several hours later with a new set of instructions to remove the Standard installation and download and install the Pro Plus version. I proceeded to follow the instructions and installed the new version. Once again, the download and installation performed flawlessly, and the new activation code produced the happy result of “Office 2024 Professional Plus” being present.

Everything I experienced with Techno-zone compels me to provide them with my 5-Star Rating, along with this happy, satisfied review!! I will buy from this vendor in the future whenever they post a product, I am interested in buying!!
