Brilliant service, scales despatched the next day as ordered late one evening. Had issues with Royal Mail but was all sorted by Digital Scales Company who kept me up to date by telephone. I would highly recommend them for sourcing your equipment.

Talking scales
I ordered these scales for my sister in law, who is visually impaired.
The company was easy to contact both online and by telephone.
The scales work perfectly and are easy to use.
We also had next day delivery.
There was a delay in receiving the scales but this was a problem with Royal Mail and not the company.

Lack of notification for out of stock but shipped sooner than expected.
Upon purchasing a Triton T3-R-W, there was no indication or message to inform me the product was out of stock. After 5-6 days i checked my website account to find it's on back order, after that i had emailed to enquire about any time estimation of re-stock.
Have not heard back in 5 working days yet have had multiple emails to ask to review service and product.
*Edit; Shipped sooner than expected but disapointed about lack of notifying out of stock.
