Yup, made the purchase -- Too bad they don't tell you up front that what they are selling will not work on Chrome Book. Tried to reach out for some help.. just crickets. I'd like a refund as download never completed and their product is not usable on Chrome OS. Still looking for a way to delete their product and obtaining a full refund.

Bought the product and didn’t read the fine print of software version required. Rookie mistake but they would not refund the product since I tried to use it.

Microsoft's website hung up on the download portion. Your tec service department guided me to get the software to download. I did as I was instructed and it worked perfectly. I didn't want to keep paying MS 365 an annual fee for Office. Office 2021 works for all I need it to do at a good price.

Their staff was so nice and helpful. In my purchasing Microsoft office for Mac, I didn’t pick the right version, so it did not work. I sent in an email, Adam quickly responded to my email and asked the detail of OS for my Mac. Then, he sent me a compatible version that works well.

Once I realized that I contacted Digipinit and asked if they would consider providing me the correct version at no extra charge. To my surprise, THEY DID! I was so grateful! I needed to upgrade outlook on 2 computers fast for 2 different businesses. After spending hours trying to find a solution, I found I had to upgrade my computer system and outlook separately. After upgrading to Windows 2010, I found the option from digipinit to purchase a the Outlook 2021 license for 2 PC's and at an unbeatable price. A product key was emailed to me right away and within minutes I was back up and running.

Have purchased OS and OFFICE products a few times from Digipinit and always enjoy great service and affordable products. Instructions to download and install are good. The only drawback to me is the license must be registered within 30 days.
