I called digiera pro, Henry and team delivered a nice work for a website design they did for me. Henry was very responsive and their team are knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Any changes or mistake it’s being made they take care of it and make the corrections right of way.
I also, hired them to be on Google Maps and they said that I will be on top of the page 45 days from the date that was started so 55 days later I haven’t seen any result yet may be it is a slow season of the year I hope it works out well.
Position on top of page fluctuating but never have been on top of the page it’s always 3-4 place so far.

This will be ongoing until resolution has been reached. I am writing due to a previous conversation with "Paul Smith" about a misunderstanding. It is my understanding that Kate Lyn is being leaned on pretty hard due to my unhappiness. Let me be clear. Digi Era Pro is in the process of securing my #1 spot within my industry in my area; that has been accomplished. I have seen the reports and they have completed their task. My discontent is as a result of my wanting to close out the service. Upon my request to close the services, I was informed that there is a month in advance notice that I must provide. Granted, if I had read the contract more closely, I would have seen that I had to provide a month's notice before terminating the contract. Kate Lyn is just following the company's policies; therefore, the issue is with the company's policies, not Kate Lyn. I am waiting on the termination letter so that the 30 days can begin and I can terminate this contract as soon as possible. I will follow up upon the end of the contract to provide my feedback on the closure.
