Having been scammed before I was very dubious about using a translation company. However, dictate2us offered exemplary service from the off.

Edan contacted me as soon as I'd put an enquiry into the website. He was friendly and professional throughout the process and, as I had complications paying, answered my e-mails throughout the evening to ensure my documents needing translation would be turned around by the end of the week, as I could only afford the budget option of 72 hours turnaround. In fact, the Company managed to turn it around sooner than this, which enabled me to get my problem sorted in the morning, as opposed to late evening.

I thought the price dictate2us was very expensive at first, but they really did a good job on proof reading my book. I do think they need to drop the price a bit, but Im very happy with the end result and their communication between them and I was great. I can't wait to get the book on Amazon.
