Diamond Shutters Anmeldelser

We have now used Diamond Shutters on our last two houses, and on both occasions we’ve had a fantastic experience.

From start to finish, the customer service has been excellent. The surveyors were knowledgeable, professional and really helpful, while the fitters were clearly very experienced. They did a brilliant job and, importantly, were extremely tidy and respectful of our home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diamond Shutters to anyone looking for great quality, excellent service and a professional team. We’ve been very impressed both times and would happily use them again.

Had my shutters fitted today love them fitted quickly & efficiently pleasant experience from beginning I.e measuring up to end which was being fitted :)

We couldn’t be happier with our new window shutters! After looking at so many companies online, we are so glad we chose Diamond Shutters Ltd. We definitely don’t regret our decision—it was the best choice we could have made.

A special thank you to Dave, who fitted the shutters professionally and to an exceptionally high standard. His attention to detail was excellent, and the finished result looks absolutely beautiful. He was punctual, friendly, respectful of our home, and left everything tidy once the installation was complete.

The shutters have completely transformed our home, and the quality and workmanship are outstanding. We would highly recommend Diamond Shutters Ltd. and especially Dave to anyone looking for a professional service and a fantastic end result. Thank you for such an amazing job!

Very pleased with my shutters. This is my second home that I use Daimond shutters and can't fault. Tyler was professional and efficient. I would recommend to those considering. My best wishes

We had the shutters installed at the front of our house 3 years ago by Diamond Shutters and we have been so impressed with them that we have now had them installed for the rear windows of the house. The shutters are an excellent quality product and so easy to keep clean unlike blinds which are a dust hold.
Diamond Shutters measured up the rear windows and we placed our order with them.
As planned they notified me when they had been made to arrange an installation date.
Dave the installer arrived as planned and worked throughout the rear of the house tidy, professional and conscientiously making sure the installation was absolutely bang on.
The shutters have transformed the house both internally and externally. Thank you once again Diamond Shutters and the Team who I would highly recommend with no quibble.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Diamond Shutters. We bought our shutters in 2022, and after one of my children accidentally pulled a shutter slat out of alignment, I emailed them last night with a few photos.

By 9am this morning, they had already replied and booked Dave to come out that afternoon. He fixed the problem on the spot and was so friendly and professional.

It's so reassuring to know you're looked after even years after your purchase. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diamond Shutters!

I would thoroughly recommend without hesitation diamond shutters.
The whole team were excellent.

Brilliant service, lovely people and very good installation.

They have now done a number of shutters for us and the new ones have a separate section at the top so you can shut one part and leave the fan light window part open.

Brilliant design and so pleased they have been done.

I would recommend this company every time. We will have them back again anytime

We used Diamond shutters in our old home, they were FANTASTIC. Therefore there was no doubt that we were going to use them again.
Yet again what a FANTASTIC job they have provided
EXCELLENT JOB EXCELLENT Blinds
If I could give a score out of 1000 it would be more than that.
WELL DONE DIAMOND SHUTTERS.

Excellent service as usual with Diamond Shutters, just had the last two windows/french doors completed by this company and not disappointed. From the initial request for a quote, measuring and designing through to fitting I have been very happy with the process and kept updated throughout. Very competitive pricing, my house has been completely ‘shuttered’ by this company. Highly recommended

Very pleased with shutters, I ordered 3 for windows in front of house. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional.

This company is exceptionally accurate with every aspect of what they do. Supply and fit Shutters and many other variants. From recommendations from neighbours, friends and family we thought we’d give them a try. Very accurate measurements, very thorough with everything that lead to superb fitting. I was very impressed with the fitter who didn’t cut any corners and stayed into the early evening to finish the job. I’m glad I didn’t attempt it myself ! The price was also lower than I expected. Fantastic from start to finish, I will always recommend them.

First rate service from start to finish. Lovely staff in the showroom who helped but did not pressure a sale. Left in peace to browse options including blinds and shutters. Bought both. Superb quality of blinds. Shutters took a while to arrive but the company were upfront about the timeliness from the start and notified me of a short delay. Brilliant communication all along. The shutter fitters were first class, lovely and friendly, super quick and left the rooms pristine. Faultless fitting. Took me a few years to decide on shutters as they aren't the cheapest option but feel I lucked out with this company.

Diamond Shutters were recommended to me and I’m very pleased that they were. Their service was faultless, they kept me in the loop regarding the delivery time and the price for both my lounge and bedroom shutters was very competitive
Thank you 👌

From start to end, this company were very helpful in the process of ordering and installing the shutters. Extremely professional, and superb communication at all times. James, the fitter, did a superb job. Our front bedroom window bay had a fitted desk, which needed to be cut to allow the shutters to fit in the window bay. He did this task superbly, as he is also a qualified carpenter. We have no reservations in recommending Diamond Shutters.

Reliable company with a great product and providing an excellent fitting service at an acceptable price. Highly recommended.

We have now added shutters to all our rooms with Diamond Shutters. The best. From first visit to installation they are fault less. Highly recommend and have done to many friends and family.

I recently had my whole house fitted with shutters and I couldn't be happier. Diamond really are the best at what they do, several people recommended them to me and I'm so happy I chose them. Friendly and professional staff made the whole process seamless from beginning to end. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

From the first contact to the finished product Diamond Shutters have been brilliant, very professional, polite and prompt.
I would highly recommend anyone to use Diamond Shutters for their blinds or shutters.

Always fabulous. Third order in 20 years. Great service and high quality products. Shutters look fantastic and price to match. Highly recommend using a smaller business providing a more personal service.
