Solved problems with my payment but tbh best thing was getting to speak to a human. Simon deserves a payrise because he was so helpful.
Ordered two flavours of juice, one was out of stock, the other one arrived in 3 days and refund for other juice I got back next day. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Hello,
Sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. I have looked in to this and it looks like your order was refused by Germany customs and is being returned to sender (returning back to us). I am looking in to this but once the order arrives back with us we will issue a refund.
Unfortunately if an order is refused by customs there is nothing we can do about it. All parcels are declared correctly by us before shipping but some countries dont allow the import of Vaping/Electronic Cigarettes. We have guidlines for international shipments which can be found at the bottom of our website under "Shipping Policy" but i have included the link here: https://www.diamondmist.co.uk/policies/shipping-policy

Sorry your order took longer than you would have liked to arrive with you. I can see this has now been delivered. Although you placed your order on the 13th and was shipped by us on the same day, unfortunately there were Royal Mail Strikes on the 14th and 15th and because of the time of year as well as all the previous strikes there are severe backlogs at the Royal Mail depot's so it is taking a lot longer to deliver parcels. Having said that taking the strike dates and weekends out it has only taken 3 working days to deliver your order which is well within the estimated time frame.

Fast delivery but...
Always fast delivery never a problem except they don't reply to emails. I have been buying from them for several years and build up loyalty cash yet there was no loyalty cash on my last checkout and apparently my email does not have an account? Very confusing and they use .com and .co.uk and have not replied to me from any of them.

Hi Robert,
Thank you for your review, i have looked at your order and i can see you ordered 6x Xtra bars, the Xtra bar range are all 0mg nicotine strength due to the size/amount of puffs of them it is not legal to sell with nicotine. There is no 20mg version of these available in the UK due to TPD law. Our standard disposables all contain 20mg so there might have been a bit of confusion when ordering these items. If you can email us at info@diamondmist.com we will be happy to discuss this with you and arrange some replacements if possible.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry the messages you sent to our Instagram had been missed, i hope you can apreciate we get more messages than we can reply to sometimes.
In regards to your order taking a while, i can see this was shipped the day after our bank holiday weekend but unfortunately the delay was due to the customs clearance in Norway. Although we try to give as much info to them as possible to help speed up the process sometimes this can be a lengthy and time consuming process.
We would like to thank you for your order and hopefully things will be quicker for you in the future.
