Would have given 5 stars were it not…
Would have given 5 stars were it not for the direct debit failure which should not have happened. Not sure what the back office is like, but seems a bit flakey. The move from Dodo to Diamond has saved me money, so that's a good thing. Also they are quite responsive when emailed.

Customer courtesy and follow up
I have had to contact the company as my bill was excessive. the person was not really helpful telling me that I would have to have the meter reread at a cost of $89 I didnt want any extra expence so waited for the next account which was practically nothing !! No explanation. I have a 5 Killawat Solar system with a back up battery so my bills should always be very reasonable.I feel that some explanation was in order ???
