We used DialNexa for lead qualification and scoring and it worked like a charm. Their solution is a really simple and elegant one, it's very easy to build and tweak workflows and the quality of their AI voice agents are excellent. Overall, I am very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and robust AI voice solution.

The AI voice bot is amazing and can be customized to take notes as per your needs. For sales it can be a tool that actually does the initial work of setting up calls.

I have used DialNexa for my ecommerce company and the calls are very smooth. Many times customer cant even predict its an ai bot calling. Will rate human alike voice : 9/10 , service and help in setting up the agent 10/10.
