I enquired about prices and delivery times, Rishie got back to me very quick and was a great help. I placed my order and got it delivered the next day, I was sent a message with time of delivery and was very happy. Would recommend!! I will be using again.

Great service. Phoned order through, lady on the phone was brilliant, polite and professional. Great value no massive increase in price despite lockdown and the fact it is delivered to your door! Our order was delivered within the hour safely and abiding by social distancing (and free!) would definitely use again and for anyone fancying a little treat safely without the ques I would 100% recommend.

Excellent customer service, nothing too much trouble. Took risk of leaving money in porch and delivery was spot on. They called when they were outside so we could leave money out and were wearing gloves and masks on delivery. Perfect wouldn't shop anywhere else. Thank you

Encouraged us to make use of the free delivery service rather than visit the shop during lockdown. Used it ever since. Staff are always friendly and helpful both on the phone taking orders and when dropping off deliveries. Always delivered quickly and I would recommend Aldridge Wines to anyone.

Excellent service in every way. Everyone you speak to, whether on the phone or when goods are being delivered, go out of their way to be helpful, courteous and very careful with regards to social distancing. The orders are processed remarkably quickly too. There is also an excellent choice of products, all fairly priced. What's not to like?!
