I had a problem with the app initially, with some credit that I added not appearing on my account. Initially I just got auto-replies and a lot of "Low credit" emails. It took them a few days to sort it out and get back to me.
The app seems to work fine. My 3 star rating is based on primarily customer service slowness.

Just been cut off on a call to USA which I have used on a number of times . Reason given is that I have not enough credit and immediately added funds only to discover that I still had lots of credit on my account. Still cannot get through to the number, what is going on? Very ,very ,very unhappy about this!

Dial 123 is excellent, and I've saved loads of money phoning family, in Jersey, CI.

Subscribed to a landline UK number for business purposes. Tried to cancel but was no way on login page - first they told me they don't do subscriptions. Then they said they'd cancelled the subscription but continued to charge me. I'm still trying to resolve it. Once they have your bank details, they'll just continue to charge it seems.

After initial problems connecting to designated number and somewhat slow response from Dial123 the customer service has sorted the issues . Thank you

I’ve emailed this company several times as we cannot phone South Africa despite having lodged funds with them…they’ve never bothered to assist us in resolving the matter.
Someone has eventually contacted me albeit we shouldn’t have to write a review in order to get them to react!

Very good way to talk with family for hours

First, I had problems with my password - it needed to be reset twice. Customer Services (via email only) was very slow, taking two days to get back to me.
I then added £10 to my account via PayPal, which is not showing. Once again, I contacted Customer Service (twice) and it's still not resolved. They have my money, but I can't use their service.

A brilliant way to make cheap international calls, always connects and clear signals and very easy to use.

I have been using 123 for many years now to phone zimbbwe and Canada. I must say I have found it to be really economical as without 123 I could not afford to speak to my family as often as I do Yes I would recommend 123 to families who have relativel or friend living abroad to enable to keep contact with them.

I have used this company for a number of years, however when I experienced a problem I contacted a help desk to resolve it. I have sent 2 emails and received no response from the help desk despite waiting for 2 week. Very bad customer service. You cannot contact them on the phone, and any communication by email is a waste of effort as they do not respond.

Dial 123 offer a brilliant service. I have used for years now and call my friend in Australia frequently. We talk for ages. Call rates really low.
