After taking possession, they appear to look for any reason to justify a lower offer—often claiming the item or packaging was damaged. In my case, the item was securely packed, yet they still reported a damaged box, raising serious concerns that the damage may have been fabricated—potentially even using artificial intelligence in their assessment process.

The pattern is clear: they bait customers with high initial quotes, then lowball them once the item is in their control, all while maintaining a superficially friendly tone.

Be aware—the final offer may be as low as 40% of what was originally promised.

My experience would diabetic exchange USA has been and I hope will continue to be professional productive and positive with quick turnarounds with the pay as long as I do my part and make sure that when I send my package it is damaged proof So that I could have my items process immediately which has been the norm when they were in Skokie Illinois now that they have moved this will be interesting to see how fast they process my package that they're going to receive later on today in this Friday's mail run which would be perfect to have some type of extra income I trust and believe in their ability to continue to have great success and a positive outcome on both ends if anything is stagnated on my past experience is usually on my end I probably didn't take the time to make sure that the package were sent in a way they wouldn't be damaged so I diligently make sure that process is complete Look forward to doing continue business with diabetic exchange USA Go Go Go

Diabetic Exchange is very helpful and are like family in my home. They respond to questions if you have any and they always keep their word. I have developed a great friendship with this company. I sent them 3 brand new Dexcom G7 15 day sensors that I had actually received directly from Dexcom itself with more than 13 months for expiration dates in mint condition boxes and were shipped with care and bubble wrapped. I was supposed to get $90 for each one and when they received it they said one had a small wrinkle on the box and were only able to pay $30 for one of them or they could send it back for a fee of $10 subtracted from the amount owed. I would not recommend this company to anybody as they play the game to make sure they win and find a way to deduct money for any kind of reason. Your score with me is an “F” for FAILED !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PRODUCT AND LOWBALL YOU !
