I feel wronged
This company sent me a box to send my items to them. I received and email stating that they would not accept my items because of the packaging. when these items were sent. They were in date and the items were unopened. The company said that they would return them to me if I pay the shipping since they paid shipping for me to send it to them. I feel like they are being petty. I feel scammed.

We provide prepaid shipping labels at our expense so customers can send their items to us. If a shipment arrives with products that don't meet our purchasing requirements, we're unable to issue payment. In those cases, customers are welcome to have their items returned, but we ask that they cover the return postage since we've already paid the cost to receive the shipment.
We understand this may be disappointing, but this policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions before items are shipped.
