During the process, I came across some reviews online from folks that had a very different experience than mine and, if true, are pretty concerning (unprofessional/rude emails). It's great to see an insurance agency soley focused on diabetics. You have lots of great information available for people with diabetes.

The process did take a while, which I wasn't too happy with. But the coverage is great, and my rates are much cheaper than what another guy gave me. DLS is a good place for diabetics to shop for insurance.
