I am still waiting on a drone ordered in May. I can't seem to get a response from them. I am very displeased as they were paid by PayPal and I can't get a full refund from PayPal. Lesson learned.
A little slow getting the product to me. Was exactly what I needed though. Thank you
had a less than positive SHIPPING experience that involved having to get Amazonpay® involved 5 stars for the price of the item but the two stars tell the story of shipping, communication from seller etc. so i split the difference. Process could and should have been simpler and much more service oriented especially since i actually PAID for shipping. which i'm not accustomed to at all specifically for a less than 8oz item.

No phone number to contact and no response to Web page messages or email. And it was damaged in shipping, returned to shipper, so never arrived.
Do not trust the picture of the product you are looking at. I thought I was ordering the gas fill tube and the lock.
All I received was the lock. Now I have to order the fill tube to go with the lock.
I rated this order a 4-star because it took longer to arrive than expected and the shipiping fee; other than that product is great. Thank you!
Communication, expediency, and shipping times were all dismally poor. Find a more reliable vendor.
Well I have to say is wow. I myself didn't purchase the bike, but thats not because I didn't want one just wasn't in the budget. On the other hand my neighbor did purchase one and I'm not kidding when I'm I say that I've only been on his 3 or maybe 10 to times lol. The bike is smooth, very comforting to sit on for a long period of time. All the controls in my opinion are where they ney to be. Anyways, it's given me the drive to figure out how to crunch some monies and save it be able to get the bike. Until then I'm going to be spending alot of time with my neighbors. And I would've given it a 5 but the bike wasn't mine, but I will on mine when I get it. Thanks again for a great product.
Did not like that I received two different delivery dates.I had to keep contacting y'all to get info that I believe should have been told to me at time of the order being placed.
you sold me a product you don't have, supposedly, and made me do all the leg work to get my money back. Which still hasn't happened.It's called bait and switch...
