Ladies and Gentlemen This is order DF285810DE. At this point I have to express my anger to you again. I received your goods on March 19, 2024 and tried to contact you that day. I either received no answer or received a standardized email that also said that they would contact you after 72 working hours at the latest, which unfortunately never corresponded to the facts. I told them that not only did the shoes smell horribly of chemicals, but also that the shoes flew through the box unpacked. A pair of shoes was missing, but since I received an email saying that this was the first shipment, I was still hoping that they would be delivered later. The box arrived here unprofessionally packaged, so I assume that it was already opened once during transport, so you then emailed me that you spoke to your transport company and they confirmed that the box left the house properly didn't solve my problem. They asked me for pictures, which I sent to them, but there was no response from them. The shoe sizes they provide on their website do not correspond to the EU standard sizes, so you can be wrong when choosing your shoe size. They never, ever, never really answered my questions and I couldn't register a return via their website, so I asked them several times to send me a return label. There was never an answer to this request either. Perhaps you can understand that I was initially unwilling to send back at my expense a box that had been taped several times and which appeared to have been opened in transit. Now I have bought the missing shoes new through a friend and will send the box back to them for a lot of money at my own expense, because I do not accept the statement that the return period has expired, as I have been in contact with them from day one. In addition, I will inform consumer protection or inform my lawyer about what happened here.
