The lady on the phone and her professionalism... making sure that I understood and giving me the best advice. Didn't rush through anything with me.

Honestly, I don’t know what I’d do without Dfh they are amazing and their customer service is great they always there to help and answer any inquiries with no hesitation. Definitely recommended if you are in debt

It's a shame you can't give a zero star,
They are not really out to help you, but to line their own pockets, and will take most of the money for themselves.
They will send you round and round in circles with different agents. Contacting you with different information will not acknowledge your emails correctly and when you do complain, except the complaint is their fault, but take no action to fix it..

The communication and information in the annual review was great. Did not feel like I misunderstood anything that was said. Was gave multiple options and each option was explained with great detail.

The young lady I was speaking to seemed very knowledgable about her job and my needs so thank you to all u guys at DFH

DFH is a great company who have helped relief my stresses.
One Employee ( Sharelle M ) is a wonderful down to earth genuine person, and never leaves me worried once the phone call has ended.

Representatives were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave me the information required to allow me to make a formal decision.

I have been with DFH now for a year and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They have put a plan together for me that has taken away a lot of stress and helped me get my finances back in order. People find themselves in financial difficulties for many reasons and, at times, can feel a little stigmatized. DFH's non judgmental and friendly approach really does make a difference and I have found that the team is always available and willing to help in any way they can. The likes of Natasha, Velaphi, Bongeka, Jenna, Lerzel, and more recently, Thembeka have been amazing with their help over the last year and I look forward to a brighter future, with DFH's help, going forward. The team have made me feel so well looked after in the year I have been with them. Special shout out to Sharelle, she made me feel super at ease during my annual review. Not only did she give me the reassurance I didn’t know I needed, she also took her time to meticulously go through all my options, to make sure we had organised the perfect plan for me.

The company responded well, and always courteously, when i was sorting out my daughter's financial affairs. It took six months, but we got there in the end - and appreciate the help given, as it wasn't straightforward.

Nothing bad to say had explained about my mental health she took the time to explain everything and waited while I found information she needed she was patient polite and made me feel better about the situation
