Davidson Frost-Wellings Stanmore Estate Agents Anmeldelser

Can’t recommend Davidson frost-Wellings enough made selling my home stress free. Oliver and everyone at Davidson Frost-Wellings were brilliant can’t recommend them enough.

Thank you mark and the DFW team for selling my property. Kept me informed throughout the sale and archived a big price.

Superb experience. Very transparent and honest not at all like other estate agents. Mark in particular made selling my house a stress free process which is not easy to do.

Disappointment is an understatement. We had an offer on 142, Cheyneys Avenue, Canons Park, HA8 6SE, with mortgage application and Level 2 survey complete. Only for the seller to accept another offer. They did not even have courtesy to even ask me if I wanted to match the new offer. NOT IMPRESSED!

I can't recommend Hugh and his team highly enough. His professionalism ,patience and kindness, as well as going more than "the extra mile," I believe made it possible for my sale to go through. He constantly checked and came back to update and reassure me through what turned out for me to be a very stressful sale.Thank you so much Hugh . Special thank you also to Ben .

Thank you for selling my property in löndon. Great service

Mark and Hugh were recommended to us by someone who currently uses them and their company to manage their buy-to-let properties.

We currently have >1 buy-to-let properties with Mark and Hugh, and they have without doubt been nothing short of hard working, outstanding, professional and do whatever it takes in order to provide the best client service they possibly can. Mark and Hugh work around the clock in order to provide the best client service, and no matter what time of the day it is, should an issue arise, they are swiftly coordinating a response to solve that issue.

Mark and Hugh have also built up a plethora of contacts that they can call upon when needed for example with getting gas and electricity certificates in in place, getting the relevant people in for plumbing or boiler repair etc, and are able to remove the hassle for you.

Mark and Hugh are both down to earth, humble but extremely experienced individuals within this space. They are also both very communicative, and very quick to respond to messages or pick up calls, and therefore we have never had an issue about not getting into contact with either Mark or Hugh.

Overall, we would highly recommend Mark and Hugh, and would be delighted to refer them to friends, family or others.

Mark and Hugh provided a very professional and friendly service in selling our house in a difficult market. I have and will continue to recommend DFW to others considering entering the market

Thanks to Mark and DFW for an excellent and professional service whilst selling our house. Would highly recommend.

Mark Davidson is an outstanding estate agent! It’s great experience to work with him. Very professional and efficient.

Handled our flat sale in Temple Fortune. Had a long process but our sale was handled expertly by Ben and Hugh throughout the negotiations and legal stages. They were friendly, helpful and very resourceful while we were stressing - always keeping their calm! Pleasure doing business with DFW and will certainly be bringing more sales opportunities their way in the near future. Well recommended for their professionalism alone.

Ben showed us around the property and went out of his way to give us all the information we needed.
We then dealt with Hugh who was very professional and informative all the way through our transaction and always answered our queries.
We would highly recommend DJW to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling their property.

Buying and selling a house is never easy and always involves difficult choices , financial compromises and emotional strains. Hugh Frost -Wellings of DFW drove and guided us through the process with professionalism, skill, and sound advice. He obtained several good offers on the sale at the first series of viewings. He was always courteous, even in trying circumstances, supportive, reliable and available, never failing to return a telephone call or keep to a commitment. He took on much of the strain and his personable manner and experience meant he was always a calming and wise voice and a pleasure to deal with. Hugh and DFW deserve at least their 5 star rating.

Incredible service from start to finish. Mark has a wealth of experience in property. I highly recommend this company.

Top service from start to finish.
Very professional, kept me up to date with the whole process and always on the end of the phone.
Thank you
