I was under the assumption that I was feeling out a survey for something different and when I reached out for help with everything they responded quickly and was exceptionally helpful with all my needs.

Thank you so much for responding so quickly. I truly appreciate it. Very nice and attentive. You guys are awesome!

Disliked the deceptive/sneaky way that you turn a survey with a bonus/discount purchase into a reoccurring charge to my credit card-
Liked the quick response to my email wanting to cancel this "membership"-
Now all we do is wait & see if they will do as they say-

I do not know anything about device rush nor did i authorize anything from them but the lady i talked to said she would get it taken care of

The service was nicel. Never anything but helpful and willingness to try anything for satisfaction. No matter what the situation was. I did have a few bumps in the road but they say they will compensate me so if they do, no harm done.

They were great. Kind, fast and understanding.

I dislike the fact that I've never even heard of this company. All I did was do a survey for Amazon that should've only cost me 9.99. Owe ever your company took my money not once but for times under the names of lushhearth.com and Sproutkeep.com. you all are crooks for no reason other than to take people hard earned money. I will be contacting BBB. NOW GIVE ME MY MONEY $17.03. also I want my 8.16 that you all took on April 7th as well

Well I didn't like the fact that I got scammed on Facebook and the price was originally for $10 and it ended up being about $60 in four different charges but if they do what they say and they actually put it back on my card then I'll be good

There was a miscommunication and my card was charged but their escalation team reached out and made it right very promptly great customer service

This is my second time writing a review, I was told that my money was going to be credited back to my card a week ago and still NOTHING!!!

I am thankful that they looked into my claim and seen that it was fit to go in my favor.

They Stole my money after I tried buying perfume , some bs popped up saying “oops something went wrong blah blah blah “ and then I speak to their Fake “chat”
They say I’ll get my refund “within the day” but guess what? Still no refund! Then I emailed them showing proof of everything and they send me some crap first saying I applied for a membership which I never did then telling me I get a gift card for the exact same amount they STOLE FROM ME then after I tell them I am filing FRAUD with my Bank THEY BLOCK MY EMAIL! Straight SCAMMERS!!!!!!! BEWARE! I’m calling BBB!!!! && Blasting them on Social Media!!!! SCAM!!!!
And they work with DEVICE RUSH.com

Now They’re emailing me saying if I delete my review they’ll issue a refund! Ha! No they wont they’ll just Block me like I’ve read they’ve done tons of other people!!

BEWARE! Scam Scam Scam.. and its from tiktok offer perfume and then deduct 2 time from my card without any information. then i block my card.

This is a lie and a scam they tell you they are charging you a small fee and once you agree to that and add your card they go in and charge over 133.80$ to your debit or credit card when you bring this matter up they lie and say you agreed when you joined our membership that I did not agree to join never was I told I was being charged a additional 36.63$ a 42.81$ a 40.87$ besides the 13.49$ charge I agreed upon

I am very pleased with the way they addressed my concerns and refunded my money on a purchase I did not make. That being said, they will not release my refund until they receive confirmation that I left a satisfactory evaluation of my experience.
