Ordered my dewalt parts on the 20th November and finally arrived 14 th December.
Not sure why my emails to them didn’t arrive. But they have been helpful after my first enquire.
Aramex lately hasn’t been the best In providing updates and very late with deliveries.
Overall happy with the level of service to date

It's been a considerable amount of time filled with false assurances. I highly recommend opting for reputable platforms like eBay or Amazon to avoid such frustrating experiences.

Not even a 1 star experience!
No interaction with customer. Left waiting with no contact. Cancelled my order without acknowledgement to me, I did get a refund fairly quickly after the 2nd cancellation. No way of contacting company apart from email and then they only answer when you complain on social media. Shocking service! Will never use again!

International Transaction Fee
I purchased a Breville Toaster on October 31st from your website which was delivered yesterday November 1st.
To say the least, I was impressed with both the price and at the speed with which it arrived.
Today, whilst checking my Bank statement, I've discovered an International Transaction fee of $4.94 (3% of purchase price) has also been charged.
I've submitted a request for reversal from the Commonwealth Bank, but would like you to either clarify to the Financial Institutions used by your customers that these charges should not be applied or alternatively, advise customers why and the amount that will be applied as transfer is applied to a UK account which attracts the Foreign Transaction fee .
