This company is a scam I won money had no issues until I tried to withdraw, they then said I broke the rules so they are not paying me. Since then I have read a lot of reviews with the other victims telling the same story. This site needs to be closed down. How are they allowed to continue to steal from people.

They'll take all your money without knowing a damn thing about you, but you could meet them in person with your birth certificate, S.S. Card, and your drivers license and they will find a way to claim they can't verify you!
The website would not take my email as it reads because it has a dot in the middle. I've run into this same issue a couple times recently and I learned that I can take the . out and my email and it works all the same. I still receive the emails. I never had much trouble with it. Anyways, I got to a point I was ready to withdraw, and account verification was INSANELY DIFFICULT. They drug their feet and sent me threw the ringer of email and web support. The term instant payouts is laughable! All that said, I got had by them. Won't verify my identity. I chalk it up to a lesson learned. I would not recommend them as they do bad business in my experience. I'm not getting my money and I'm sure I'm not the first person this has happened to.

I joined this site a little over a month ago because of the promotion. Won less than 100 in that time span. Now I’m excluded from all coupons and promotions. How? I also was banned on telegram because I commented this exact same comment on telegram. They deleted my comment and banned me. They just lost a player!!!

I signed up and received their no deposit bonus. Met the ridiculous playthrough requirement and was denied withdrawal. They claimed i had multiple accounts, even though i know this isn't true. They showed no proof. These dishonest casinos will do anything to avoid paying out customers hard earned winnings.

I received my winnings without any issues. They do require a $10 deposit before redeeming but you are allowed to cash your deposit out with your winnings. With that I'll continue to play. Thanks guys

They give all the coupons and incentives but when you finally win and complete there play through rules they deny you withdraw

The customer service is brutal. The website customer service is somewhat decent, but if you have a complaint or need something changed on your account. You can expect to wait for a very long time for anybody to reply. If they do at all. They have rules which are unposted, which scam you out of your winnings. I recommend playing absolutely anywhere else.Other than detective slots.

Their table games are RIGGED. Do NOT PLAY THEIR TABLE GAMES. I have screen recordings showing it is rigged... When you're winning, they will then go a streaks of 10 or 20 hands in a row of 20 and BJ and 21 the hard way. They will NEVER BUST and just keep winning against you until you lose it all. I'm going to submit all my screen recordings to an independent gaming verifier and when they conclude that this casino does what is considered a statistical improbability, we will all get the confirmation that they rig the table games. Then either shut them down or have them cough up a giant settlement to prevent them from continuing to cheat.

Terrible and fake online casino

They offer pretty much zero incentive to play on their site and they never win. Plus they literally don’t care if you deposit almost every day in their site, if you have an issue they will refuse to help. I told them maybe I should just close my account so I am not tempted to deposit again and instead of even apologizing or reassuring me that their site would try to get better the6 just ok and closed my account.
