Amazing rate match service
Amazing service when requesting a rate match. My first rate match could not be accepted because of the website not being based in USA but when I followed up with a second request from Helen was awesome. She replied right away and within a day I was notified my rate match had been accepted! Thank you Helen for your help!

So far so good! The website is easy to navigate and they price match hotel booking sites! I submitted my request and Helen reached out within a few hours and approved it, so exciting and so cool that they price match to help save money where we can :)
