I ordered the Country club set in beige, after having seen many beautiful ads on social media. I was a bit suspicious, because internet brands lately tend to do a couple of things: make very good ads, have the lowest quality of clothing possible shipped from China and ignore customers with complaints (brands like Belier).

During black friday I finally ordered. First I looked up who the owner was and checked out his Instagram page, he seemed like a classic honest man. Not a Dubai-resident-ecom-brawler.

After receiving the clothing I was pleased with the quality. Wearing the set really does look upperclass, which I am very fond of. Fabric is soft, no loose hanging strings or abnormal proportions.

Only thing I had was the sweater shrunk on me in the washingmachine, which sucked; the sweater now looked like I was trying to show off a non-existing trampstamp. After some thoughts I decided to simply email the company, explaining the situation and ask for a solution. To my big surprise I was given a free new sweater, even in a larger size and a coupon code for future orders. No questions asked, no returning the shrunken sweater.

Needless to say I am very pleased with this brand. I even got the emails from the owner Mr. Carlier and not from some overseas customer service center. It is a delight that such brands exist nowadays. Because in online business you can get away with pretty much anything.

I will definitely order again. Class!

The sweatshirt shrunk when washed at 30, but they sent me a new no questions asked. Great service and love the shirt.
