They're very professional, meet your expectations within the first or second draft. My first draft didn't meet my expectation, the 2 nd draft was completely what I was looking for very eye-catching and appealing. A few revisions here and there I got what i wanted.

GOT MY DESIGN AND WAS HAPPY TILL I NEEDED A BIGGER FILE, WAS TOLD TO LOG IN THE THEIR SYSTEM TO GET IT BUT NO PASSWORD OR USER WAS GIVEN AND WHEN I CONTACTED VIA EMAIL AND PHONE TO GET HELP, CALLS WERE NOT ANSWERED AND EMAILS WERE NOT RETURNED... I HAVE NOW HAD TO PAY FOR MY DESIGN WORK TO BE DONE A SECOND TIME JUST TO GET THE BIGGER FILE FOR WEBSITE AND STATIONARY....

I was a sceptic at first but they pulled the job off within 24. Over the moon its the perfect look for my business. I will be recommending them to anybody that needs a logo designed.
