Designgenious designed an author website for me. They were so wonderful! They listened to my thoughts about what I wanted, worked closely with me, and produced a magnificent website. They took my ideas and produced a website that was far better than I could have dreamed of. I will use them again for further work on the website when it becomes needed and for marketing. I highly recommend them.

So far, my experience has been absolutely wonderful. Kevin Peterson, the team leader is always in touch with me, every day except weekends. Our new site isn’t finished, but we are making daily adjustments and progress. Kevin addresses my requested revisions in a timely manner. Kevin and the team have been very professional and a pleasure to work with thus far!

Roger is an incredible artist with a superb eye for shapes and colors and a beautiful grasp of the effects of his artistry on others. I fell in love with his work right away. Roger is a perfectionist in his creations—just like me, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was delighted with my logo. His generosity of time and expertise was terrific.

After reading some of the reviews and being a small business owner I can understand the frustration of some people. I own a successful small business and got tired of the fees and commissions monthly and so I decided to get someone to help me make the page. The team has been great to work with. I've dealt primarily with Lionel and he's very committed to making the page work. Being that before he and the team made my page I was used to 40-80 online orders and anywhere from $600-1500 a day I'm very firm with my business and I know what I need for it to work and succeed. I've communicated with him extensively and actually took a role in helping my page thrive. I've had my page up for a month and it's slowly picking up and I believe it will continue to do so. A lot of people leaving reviews expect the page or the development team to magically know or assume and make magic, let me tell you that I've been on the phone and on my computer messaging them and explaining my business to them because I know for a fact in order to be successful they have to understand my business like I do and I am very committed to my success so unlike most I want to learn to use it and push forward and learn so that i can do it myself as well. Have there been some hiccups? Yes there have for example there is a minor language barrier at times with his team and I've caught some small punctuation or grammatical errors but it's nothing that cant be fixed. I understand this 100% being that I was born in America and so in the end I understand how hard they are trying. I am overall pleased with my experience and I currently have them advertising and adding and updating my page which is always an ever evolving thing. They have been committed and in my opinion so far its been a good experience and hopefully will continue. Alex provided timely responses and creative design in coming up with my final logo.

I gave this company a low review,because when I tried to contact the company to ask a question no sooner there is a connection, the call end, and when I called the owner cell at first I got a bussy signal then later it ranged three times then went to a busy signal. I will hold furthur review until after my website is up and running, I think it's only fair.

Kevin is very Knowledgeable man , he is expert in his field , he will do impossible to possible .
