I found this company from a Prada Facebook group. I placed my order June 28 and received my sunglasses July 1. Nice packaging and everything came as if I ordered directly from the website. I absolutely love my sunglasses. Great pricing on authentic designer! I will be ordering more in the future.

Hello! Your order was placed on June 24th at 3pm. Our cutoff for same day shipments on orders is 1PM EST, as stated on the website. If you take a look at the tracking number, it was dropped off on the 25th and the tracking number indicated an internal delay within UPS - something no one has control over. We are sorry that this happened, and we resent you a return label again just in case you want to go ahead and return them, as well as we will open a claim with UPS for a shipping charge return and are happy to pass it along to you if you choose to keep them!

Horrible communication and service...
One of the products I ordered was automatically cancelled and refunded. No explanation why. The other products has been showing as waiting to be received by the parcel service for a week now. I emailed daydream to request status and no response. I've asked daydream to cancel order and still no response.

Great Customer Service …
I paid for priority shipping and because of a federal holiday my order didn’t arrive on the promised date. I sent an email and they refunded my shipping cost, which I really appreciate. I took a star off because the box that my case was in is ripped. Other than that I love my glasses and the process to purchase was fast and easy.
