Warning: Dodgy Business That Lies and Ghosts Customers
We ordered caps for a National Championships tournament starting on October 20th. Because of minimum order requirements to get them in time, we had to place a larger order, which meant cancelling the first batch (and expecting a refund) before making a new, bigger order.
Despite repeated follow-ups during the week of the tournament, updates were extremely limited. The day before the event, we were told the caps had arrived to them too late but that they’d try to have someone drive them to the tournament. Soon after, that story changed. Suddenly the caps were still in customs. From that point, all communication stopped completely. The tournament came and went, and our youth baseball team had no hats.
Even after the event, they ignored every attempt to contact them, and the refund for the cancelled order still hadn’t been issued. Weeks went by with no response, until members of our club noticed they were still active on social media. Only after we called them out for posting online while ignoring customers did they finally reply. It took strong pressure and threats of formal action before they finally did their job, processed the refund and delivered the caps - a full month AFTER the original deadline.
This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Their excuses about “staff being away” seem to be a recurring theme in other reviews too. Based on our experience, they are disorganised, evasive, dodgy and do not act in the customer’s best interest. We would strongly advise avoiding them.
