Since working with the Dermis app, we’ve generated just under £4k in monthly recurring membership revenue, over £10k through rewards and loyalty, and just under £3k from notification offers.
We originally came to Dermis wanting a system that would allow us to sell memberships easily and manage them without added complexity. What we didn’t fully realise at the start was just how well the rewards and loyalty system and notification offers would perform for our patients.
The platform has helped us create more consistent income and improve patient engagement without adding extra pressure on the team. There were some teething problems initially but it’s all working well now. Support has been great and the strategy behind it clearly works.
Since joining Dermis, we’ve added over £1,000 in new monthly recurring revenue and are already approaching £10,000 in total app revenue, all in around six months. I genuinely thought the concept was genius from the start - there’s a huge gap in the market for a white label app in aesthetics, and Dermis has allowed us to have exactly what we wanted without the massive cost and headache of building our own.
