The package came wrapped in plastic, the box was white with only Dermavel written on it. No directions. The directions were in side the plastic wrapped box. I took them out to read and realized I did not want to use the device, it sounded too dangerous. When I emailed to ask about how to return, I was told I’d be charged 15% because the box was opened. I’m baffled how a company could charge 15% to read directions. If you’d put the directions outside the box, or on it, I never would’ve opened it. I am angry and will tell anyone who asks me how angry I am at your company.

The reviews of the product made me purchase the product. I have to say I love it as well. Really works well at removing sun spots.

Your company is doing great. My order was uneventful. It arrived a bit early and in perfect condition, and I am now beginning to address my dark spots. I am a 74 year old retired Chemistry professor, and I have age spots in different places. So I will systematically erase them with this wonderful product. I will let you know what my results are after addressing the first 3 spots on my arm. Regards

Product works quite well. Before and after effect is really pleasing. Very effective.

I went to see my dermatologist to treat some moles and skin tags on my neck, they quoted me $50 to laser EACH ONE. I’m not spending $300 to remove some spots from my skin!
When I got home I started researching how to reduce chances of more showing up (it seems to be happening with age for me) and I came across Dermavel.
I’m happy to report that after 8 days the spots have mostly healed and are way less noticeable, might have to do another treatment.
The one thing to note is, right after the treatment all the spots will be red and later scab over so it definitely looks bad for about 5-7 days, I just wore a bandana to keep it covered.
But honestly what a fantastic tool this is. Definitely 10/10 recommend it!

I'm very happy with the results after one treatment. It's not painful, but there was a bit of discomfort after the treatment. There are minor dark spots where the skin tags were but perhaps after another treatment they might disappear.

Overall, I'm very happy with the results and the product.

I haven’t tried this yet bc the product does not come with good instructions. Wish there was a website or pdf the company could provide with more comprehensive instructions to use this product. Otherwise I am excited to use this product.

I used product for raised scars on face from years of acne it didn’t help just did more damage and they won’t even give me my money back what a waste of time and money don’t buy this product

Even though your company sent an email indicating that my package had been delivered--it never arrived. I have been trying to work with Emily at Customer Service, but she has not responded to my email. I cannot find a phone number to speak to someone for assistance. You product maybe great but your customer service needs to be improved.

I never received my package and they don’t answer at all.

Shipping was fast; product does what it claimed to do; be sure to use numbing cream-minimal/little to no discomfort; didn’t really realize how many spots I had that needed to be removed until I really started looking

I wasn't sure which product to purchase. The reviews you recieved helped a lot and the simplicity of use also.

The dermavel pen says virtually pain free. I have a high pain tolerance and set it to 3 then down to 1 with the small needle and it hurts really badly at any setting. It feels like I was getting shocked. Like a static electricity shock but ten times worse.

I have only just figure out how to use the pen, and it's too early for any results.

Doesn’t cut skin tags, very efficiently or at all

Came as advertised, but I am finding that most of the demonstrations are only on people's face or chest instead of being normal and showing this works on different areas of the body and the care needed.

When I place the order I was supposed to get a $90 gift that was not in the package that I received..very disappointed!

I am very impressed with this skin care tool!! I used it on skin tags and some large, thick, seborrheic keratoses and within four days, the scabs were almost gone leaving smooth skin!! This Dermavel is well worth the cost and the great thing is that you can do this in the privacy of your own home. Being an esthetician, I was skeptical about Dermavel, but now I totally believe in its effectiveness and it really is painless. Thank you to the makers of this great product!
