I had the most amazing experience at Dera. Cemre picked me up and dropped me off to my hotel everyday and checked on me throughout the day- a lovely humble and kind man and genuinely respectful (and that matters alot when you're a solo female traveller!) and his replies before choosing dera were one of the reasons i chose them because there was no upselling ect it was so real and human- Thank you so much Cemre, you were a huge part of why the experience was so good!
Dr Bastan is an experienced dentist (20+ years!) and he felt trustworthy and knowledgeable and even when he had the chance to sell me a higher costing treatment he offered something else first because he wanted to protect my natural teeth. He could have easily just gone with the more money for him composite bonding (Which is what i wanted) but he recommended bleaching instead. In the end when i chose composite bonding he did the most incredible job, super natural- kept all the shapes and sizes and im genuinely so so happy with my teeth. He listened to all my wishes and took extra care to get my teeth to where i wanted them. I didnt want super glowy white straight, blocky teeth at all, i wanted to retain my little characteristics and he did exactly that. I didn't once feel uncomfortable there, everyone was so kind and lovely. The doctor is so respectful and calm and kind. The dentist itself is beautifully decorated and super clean and quiet. Zeyneb and Seyda helped him and they were so sweet and lovely. Zeyneb was even fasting and it was the last day of ramadan and she broke her fast at work and worked late, i felt so bad, they all worked so late the last day of ramadan and day before Eid when i am sure they would rather be with thier families! I appreciate that SO much thank you so much! Duygu was also so lovely, smiling and respectful everytime she saw me. I genuinely had the most amazing experience. I wish i could give higher than 5 stars. Thank you all so much for your hard work and kindness and respect, it matters so much to me and i will always remember it! :)
