I ordered 2 sets of ratchet straps in November 2024. I still have not received them and support just keeps telling me to kindly wait and check tracking status which never changes. It keeps saying it is in transit. They will not refund my money. Doubt I will ever receive the product.

I saw ads on facebook about melasma cream, the cream you showed is completely different from what they sent. They advertise some other brands of cream that was advertised by Dr Melaxin. That is completely fraud, you should return my money.

Ordered a tube of cream for lightening dark spots. The tube display looked about 3-4 oz in size. Order was placed on 02/01/25. Tracking stated, coming from out of the country passing through customs. I received it 02/19, 2day. The pkg stated Dayton Ohio. The tube is 1.69 oz paid $30.00. After reading most of the reviews/scams I am now fearful to use it.
May not include the ingredients stated.
May cause damage to my skin.

I ordered on November 30 - Ratchet Straps. Still have not received them. I asked for a refund and the only response is that the tracking has not been updated but will be. This is unacceptable with no proper action taken.

I ordered 2 sets of 2 ratchet straps on Dec 8, 2024. I received today, Jan 13, 2025 1 set of 2. I was charged for 2 sets. I, like others on this site did not realize they would be shipped from Italy. My receipt that I printed when I ordered shows $70.02 but was charged $80.52 on my credit card. I ordered 2 sets to get free freight so the additional should not be for freight. Also my statement shows paid to AIYTECHWANCHAI. WHO EVER THAT IS.

Very un-trustworthy business operation. DO NOT buy from this company, or whatever it is. Customer service is email only and useless.

I ordered the ratchet straps on dec 7 and have not received them a month later but yet I get emails saying it's in transit from Spain. Do not recommend buying from this company. Will update if I receive them.

I ordered ratchet straps on Nov 7 for a Christmas gift. They don't tell you the order is coming from Italy. I have received numerous tracking udates, but as of Jan 5 have not recieved the package. I will update review when it comes.

I purchased the Kojic acid and turmeric cleansing pads on October 31st from this company. Little did I know that I would start getting shipping notices that my product was coming from Italy! After several emails and about three weeks later I received the product from California. The pads are a joke! There is no liquid in the bag. The pads are so thin you can see thru them and that makes them hard to hold onto. They do not make any suds like they are supposed to. I notified the company about these issues and sent them pictures. They offered me a refund of $2.00! What a joke. DO NOT buy the cleansing pads from this company!

My 4 year old daughter loves these shoes! They are durable and she loves how they light up. They are quick and easy to put on. These are our second pair and we just bought the rainbow pink ones as well!

Very flattering shoe. It's lightweight, comfortable, and the sole is very flexible. No breaking in necessary. True to size. I got the navy blue, and it's very dark. I'm wearing them to my son's wedding, so I'll be in them all day long.
