From start to finish the communication has been flawless ,even out of business hours these guys are always making sure you are at the best you can be !! These guys are elite in the dental game and as I was going for 28 zirconium crowns fitting I was a-bit hesitant.
Never the less it was completely painless for my self and I was in the best hands possible especially under Seraps Supervision she kept me informed all of the way , made sure I was comforted and made sure I was aware of every little step through out the process ! This woman is amazing and she is a professional at what she does 10/10 from me , thank you for everything you are a diamond great job DentOrdu an experience never forgotten 👍🏼

Für mich eindeutig eine Empfehlung wert. Alles war top ,von der Konsultation bis zur endgültigen abschließenden Arbeit .
Vor allem möchte ich auch Frau Uysal Hamiyet als Patienten Koordinator (deutschsprachige) loben da sie sich wirklich um mich gekümmert hatcals ob ich ihr Familien Mitglied wäre . Überhaupt ist die DentOrdu Klinik für mich in der Zeit der Behandlung wie eine Familie geworden. Also ich habe jetzt tolle Zähne und auch gute Freunde bekommen.
Ich war zwei mal Izmir und beide Male hatte ich tolle gratis Unterkunft und ein tolles Chauffeur Service in einer Luxus Limousine. Ich wurde stehst fachkundig über alle Behandlungen in voraus informier und auch mit hineingezogen um auch meine Wünsche und Ansichten zu äußern.
Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist nicht zu topen )
Ich werde sicher allen die ich kenne diese Klinik und auch Frau Uysal sowie das ganze Personal weiter empfehlen.

Great all around service . Serap my coordinator was brilliant and handled everything for me with a lovely warm welcome on every visit. I personally had little to no pain or discomfort. Can't wait to come back to get my permanent teeth after the gums have healed . Thanks serap for everything.

Upon contacting them, I received a prompt response. Basak was assigned as my coordinator, and the entire process proceeded smoothly. As it was my first visit to Turkey, she provided all necessary information, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience. I received 26 zirconia crowns, the procedure was painless, and all work was completed efficiently. My smile and confidence have been restored, and I am consistently smiling. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, heutzutage finden eine guter Zahnarzt und meistens zahnimplantate kosten viel Geld, nicht jeder zahnzusatskrankenversicherung übernimmt alle kosten. Ich bin durch Zufall durch Social Media gestoßen auf Zahn Klinik Dentordu, am Anfang war ich misstrauisch und trotzdem habe vertraut auf meine Bauch Gefühl und habe das Formular ausgefüllt ,am nexte Tag rief mich Patienten Koordinatorin Hamiyet Yusal und hat mich aufgeklärt was genau gemacht wird, gleichzeitig worden mir eine Kostenvoranschlag geschickt. Ich habe es getan und Flug gebucht. Frau Hamiyet Yusal hat alles organisiert Hotel mit Frühstück und V.I.P transfer ich worde von Flughafen abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht, das gleiche worde ich jeden Tag zum Zahnklinik gefahren. Die Frau Hamiyet Uysal hat mich bei allem sehr sehr gut unterstüzt . Sie hat alles perfekt organisiert .
Ich lebe in der Schweiz , der Zahnarzt in der Türkei ist besser organisiert als hier .
Bei mir sind 6 Kronen gemacht geworden , bis jetzt keine Probleme aufgetaucht sind .
Ich kann diese Zahnklinik nur empfehlen .

I come over from the uk to have zirconia crowns fitted the whole process was simple and the communication I had with basak before during and after was amazing I couldn’t have asked for more. Once I got to the clinic I was greeted by Serap she was my coordinator and translator every time she went above and beyond for me gave me all the information I needed always asking if I’m ok and if I need anything such a friendly person, my two dentist was Ahsen and Sanem they where both so professional and caring the attention to detail was outstanding absolutely perfect the pair of them I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting there teeth done .
